Ok. Really. I am naive enough to believe that if you go back through the great states of history, and try to understand why they failed, you can learn a thing or two. In other words, I kinda like the thing. Anyway, China will probably win (whatever the game is) in the long run anyway. Their foreign policy seems to mirror the sun tzu (@ least in some ways). They wrote it anyway, so I'd imagine they would be good at putting into practice. Aaannd... The fact that we havent had to chase down our unruly leaders with our glocks kind of proves the point. Ahhh brother Tex I am M.O.M's version of the ghost in the darkness. ..lol I am a firefighter and I usually play in the weee hrs of the morning est.we have flown together breifly if im not mistaken but I am a knife in the air.....lol a dull one I like to jaw and wise crack but well loved and feard by all other's. ...lol again so withy new phone only alloing me little time per game since it likes to crash now all the time my play is very limited hoping z get an answer soon im not the only one. I think a council is a great idea. Submission to council from members who think a player is a good fit as a first step or if a player introduces themself, get feedback from members or even other squads on their opinion of player.

After that, evaluation of player, for instance other squads make them a recruit before full membership or maybe even a half recruit. Then as you said general vote on player based upon the evaluation?????

Just basically summarizing what you stated.

On a sidenote; Their baking skills-can they bake, how quickly can they bake, does it even taste good??

Marketing skills-Can they sell Mantz's shirts(He bought re-tail and is now selling wholesale), but he says it the other way around.
