I have been asked to join your Squadron by Wig!, I was never really that interested in the Squad stuff until I actually realised what M O M stood for! I actually fit the bill coming in at a little under 45...... Ok 45 this month! I am Ex military and am a really miserable mean old bugger! Based in the Uk but travelling quite a bit with work, I try and fit in a couple of games a day Internet connection dependant! So if you need a wingman and you can find me maybe you can hire me! Look forward to hearing from you!

Firefox 1 will be flying the M.O.M colors as soon as he/you do/does this:

At the top of this page select Tools

Select "List, join, change and create squadrons"

Enter the requested info

Select "List, join, switch or leave squadron"

Tick the M.O.M button then scroll to the bottom of the list and click "switch/join"

That's it!

Give me a day or so to create your personal pilot banner (I'll post a note when it's ready) then do this:

go to photobucket.com
search out the MOMsquadron album
locate and click the thumbnail of your banner
Click the 88% image that appears
Mouse over the full sized image that appears
under "Share" select "More options"
Click the "Get Link Code" tab
Under "IMG for bulletin boards and forums" highlight and copy the "full size" code/link
Return to your personal forum account page (just click your name)
In the right corner of the blue header bar above your avatar click "edit"
Click "Profile Information"
Scroll down and in the Signature box paste the copied link/code
Save

Let me know if there's anything else you need.

Well now I can only get on the forum via the games web site. I've reset the pad, I've powered off and on, I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled, now it gets the message unpacking and that's as far as it gets. Apple sold me the product, I'm thinking of asking them for my money back. I'm thinking if everyone did that they might and I know it's a big might, but they might ask J what the fck is going on and anyway they would probably want money back from him. Who knows, right now who fcking cares, I just want things back to normal, is that too much to ask for. Why the fcking hell can't they find the problem and fix it, do they not have the brains or expertise and don't anyone come here giving me some sob story about J is doing his best, J loves the game, J loves us the plonkers who put bread on his table, because right now I would be happy drowning him in a vat of piss.

Pad 2, it should work. I remember the post, I pointed it out to everyone some way back in the mythological histories of this thread, God seems like aeons ago now.

Well bugger me! I just downloaded the game to my phone, IT WORKS!can't see a damn thing or fly straight, certainly can't shoot anything down or even drop a bomb anywhere near a tank,but it works. So why not on my pad? And why all the missing sound on other apps since I downloaded the upgrade? Tis strange indeed. And I'm still getting a strange look to my emojis.

I was in some games yesterday. But again the " connection lost" appeared. At least I was able to finished these games , together with some Mom's fellas. Just lets give a little more time to those guys, to fix the glitches, because now, for moments , I can play the game.

I almost feel guilty. I haven't had too many problems playing lately. I think my aim is better. And my gray hairs are less noticeable!

Ok last part was a lie.

Anyway, a few observations. I DON'T use wifi. I know right, that's crazy. But for me 3G is better than wifi, game-play-wise. Before and after the update. The other thing is I never updated to ios 6 because I don't want to lose google maps. I don't know if any of this has has anything to do with the relative lack of DF glitches for me. Maybe totally unrelated. Who knows?

Also I saw Zuperman in game for the first time ever today. Took a few shots at him for ya muck, but I couldn't bring him down.

Thanks bopes maybe one day who knows I may get into a game and shoot the blighter down myself. I sent a pm to him, he hasn't even opened it. I'm the same as you using 3G and not upgraded to iOS 6, did wonder if I should, but if that means losing google maps, no way! I hear apple maps are crap, but question, I would still have google earth wouldn't I ? Can anyone out there answer that for me. If I still have google earth then I still have most of the mapping abilities I need for my hobby use, then I might risk upgrading to ios6.

And while I'm here, where is everyone, this thread seems to be slowly dying, c'mon guys the game may be screwed at the moment, but don't let the squad and thread die on us.

Idk re google earth. But I ain't touching iOS 6 as long as google maps ain't in it.
