Hi Simmo: thanks for the inquiry...unless Brian has additional information or Jon's bride Heidi is still visiting this forum - which I'm guessing is fairly unlikely - it seems we're all in the same info-deficit position as you. I haven't read or heard any details about Jon's funeral, memorials, or anything of the sort. I suspect we're not something - being "just a game" - that would factor in the thinking of anyone in Jon's real life. For people who aren't firsthand involved and who don't play I'm sure no one has given Dogfight, or us, a further thought. Keep an eye on the thread and I'll be sure to send you a message should anything useful become known.

Yeah Coop, I saw that, too. I don't know if it means there's a "Rose" squad or DR just felt like cooking up her own solo tag. Maybe check the Squadron section of the forum for a new thread? I wouldn't give up on getting a M.O.M tag over her head just yet, we'll have to keep plugging away and see what she says.

About voleyball and girls: hope that, nowadays, the american girls wears the same short clothes that are used by brazilian ladies, because some times ago, when I watched some american volley female plaers on TV, they were so dressed that I thought that they were nuns!

About the never-ending Rose recruitment attempts: When I finally saw that Rose tag on my screen (after being shot by her a dozen times without even seeing her name), I became upset. Looks like she is going to keep turning my plane on fireballs for a long while... But now that I am getting used to be shot by her, I really think that this girl is spicing this game as she is - in other words, I think that, if she begins to talk in game (what she doesn't claiming poor English talking), and if she begins to take part on this forum, the game will lose a lot of charm - this misterious girl is turning on a real personage! I vote in letting Rose where she is, and even asking her for keeping things the way they are.

Edit: ...Said all this assuming that she is a "she" - what I am not sure about; I really think that she is some ace in disguise, but I'll not say it anymore.
