Would you be offended if in a rule 11 situation, one MOM took your chute down?

I understand your point about the additional kill toward a MOM victory, but, IMO, if rule 11 is in effect and it has been declared that I will shoot no MOM, then I will shoot no MOM. Now with that being said, I think you have a good point. It would not negatively impact the MOM being shot in the chute. So I would be in favor of a modification to rule 11 stipulating that this would be OK. Absent that, I will adhere to the rule and shoot no MOM.

I was wondering if you have been playing any more chicken in your plane lately. Got a kick (until it became boring) listening to the back and forth the other morning bout who caused the mid air collision. Found it curious that the other guy wanted you banned for running into him head on. Guess is controls were frozen (not). Not sure if he understood my who crossed the center line comment.

You're right about rules. The stigma is what I was refering to in M.O.M's case. The jerkweeds Wig mentioned tend to cast M.O.M in a negative light. You'd be surprised how many people have criticized and judged me, just because they think they don't like M.O.M. Hell, I used to think I didn't like M.O.M. I feel that this squadron would be ideal to Longrifle's liking, he just might not think so.

Another thought. MOM-A is tied for first place at 14 kills. Nobody is in MOM-A's radar other than MOM-B. The other 3-5 players are likely to be in range of the other guy tied for first. That's a lot of potential game enders. MOM-A might not have enough time to type "no more rule 11" and wait for MOM-B's acknowledgement before someone else gets that 15th kill. What do you do? Who me? Whether I'm MOM-A or MOM-B, I want that MOM-V!

And no, GAW. No chicken since then but it sure was fun hearing his plane explode as I zipped past and took his zeppelin points.

Percy Harvin.... Yeah one of the Florida Gator greats... Love the Haters. My parents are in Gainsville FL... Seattle just looks real good. Green bay kept up for a bit though. Don't count Erin Rodgers out.

For me, rule 11 is rule 11. It's what makes MOM different and it's not reversible for chute shots or, once declared, unilaterally revocable because MOM A is at 14..... I've seen too many MOMs switch sides to join me in a suicidably outnumbered game simply 'cos they're MOMs. Anything less.....I think I'd probably leave

Chuck, I've offered myself up as a free chute kill to M.O.Mrades in free-for-all missions more than once, I'm all for contributing to a fellow M.O.M's score...but I get where Mark is coming from, too. While I welcome being shot outta my chute by a M.O.M I can't bring myself to do the chute shooting.

I'm at the point that I switch sides whenever I see a MoM in red now. Kinda hard lately though to get in a game where there isn't a MoM on both sides. Even in games where there are red MoMs, I have a leaning to let them pass by me unharmed to bomb my hangar or carrier, but if they fire on me first, then it's game on!
