a few Curry leaves
2 tbsp oil

METHOD

Cut goat into small pieces. Combine the goat pieces, the diced onions, tomatoes and ingredients 3 to 12 in a pressure cooker. Add half a cup of water and cook for 6-8 minutes in the cooker after the first whistle.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Add cardamom and star anise and stir for 30 seconds. Add the sliced onions and green chilies and curry leaves to the pan and saute for a while. Remove the goat pieces from the gravy using a slotted spoon and add to the pan. Fry the goat pieces till brown. Now add the gravy from the pressure cooker to the pan, delicious goat curry is ready

Can I substitute squirels for goats? And how many squirels equals one goat??

Oh no, not my pet goats! I second the motion for squirrels instead. Brings back memories of when I was a kid back in Arkansas and we would have squirrels & gravy for breakfast. Yummm! Plus, they also make a great Mulligan!

Thanks, Brian. I just found it in Google Play Store. I do want to try it but, because it is 48.5MB, I will need to first uninstall some of my existing apps to make room. Even though there is still 1.1MB storage available, I was told that you should never use over half of phone's storage or phone's performance will suffer.

Absolutely. Saw another named JonM and it irritated me to no end. Think we need to be ferocious in our response - no mercy for these wannabes.

What do you folks think about inviting Slim to the BBQ? He could keep the children occupied by playing hide and seek in the woods while we party. Besides, I might need a doctor on hand for my tendency to eat too many ribs and cake.
Plus, do the math. The more kids he eats, the more ribs & cake for us.....
