Re MOM-posters, hostility should be the last resort, only if they fail to respond to a friendly inquiry and explanation of squad-joining etiquette, etc. The average noob who just joined might honestly think, like Wig mentioned, that squads are just part of the game options, like choice of plane.

Wig, wasn't I in at least one of those games with you that were so laggy? I was also about ready to hang it up. I was all over a few folks, sometimes even point blank and with them already smoking, exhausting my ammo supply to no avail. But, it would seem that was getting flamed easily by everyone.

Ahh to be back on the forum again. It took me forever to read to 5 pages!! Glad to see everything is back to normal, if you know what I mean.

Wig, here's an idea. Maybe we should be proactive and list all the players with the MOM tag that is not be on the roster. Also, instead of including the URL to join our squad in our thread, maybe, it should say to contact you or Sheibe to be considered in our squad. Just thinking out loud.

With ease??? We were (at least I was) too busy spewing vitriol that I wasn't concentrating on flying at all. Thought that we made it EXTREMELY easy for him to take advantage of us while we were typing/texting. PLEASE let me run into him again, I promise I won't say anything to him. Verbally.

And yes, it was nice that he thought so much of our squad to try to pimp his ride like that....

Sparring partners, and enjoyed some great fights with squad mates as whitenow, meanoledevil, Rickenbaker, and many more, I am very happy that we have some very good players who say excellent players, had days I did not write in the forum, and just wanted to express how happy I am, and I'm sure we'll improve more.

I keep remembering how much fun I had with you and mean ole devil a week or so ago in that dogfight FFA! I have never laughed so much or enjoyed a game so much because of the lively bannter between you two! Thank you both for that and you are wanted and needed back here ASAP!

Bopes - the voice of reason as always. Agree with you 100% as far as masking the newbies who may not know any better. Gentle instruction always works best. The players I'm referring to told me flat out that they were not going to change their tag; JonM in particular couldn't understand the concept of "by invite only". His further insistence on keeping it, while weirdly flattering, was annoying as hell. He also found no need in his PM he wrote me shortly thereafter to have any of you see him in further action to determine his skill set. These kids.....

Are you using Photobucket?. It has to be in html form I believe. If you don't have an account, its free.
