After speaking with our pilot Ayeaye the 5th it turns out as I suspected.. that it wasn't him that was teamkilling & bombing his own teams hangars. It seems his brother accessed the game on his account and committed those acts (as well as spending his game money) which is how he knew that someone else had used his account.

Lafayette would like to apologize to those pilots that were affected by these acts and also would like to let everyone know that Lafayette pilots don't normally play like that, however occasionally a brother or sister or friend will get ahold of someone else's device and try out the game not knowing that what they are doing is affecting the pilots reputation as well as that of his squadron. (if he belongs to one) So please continue to let us know anytime you run across a Lafayette pilot that is doing obvious things that are against the rules of the game. Thanks! (Team killing, spawnkilling with a tank, bombing of own hangars/carrier... & don't bother letting us know about camping or dropping or anything else of that nature.. they're not against the rules, nor against our squadron's game theory)

My fellow Comrades, its been a bit since I've been on the forum. I Would like to say congrats to all the achievements of the Escadrille as of late! Some very impressive numbers....Also, Welcome to those of you that are new here. My wish to all, that you find the hanger warm and the skies blue.

Been awhile since I've been on forum. I would like to say sorry for my absence for the past few months. I am going to start playing more heavily now. I see my name doesn't carry as much weight now but hey, that can change in a few hours I am stoked to be back in the air with my £Lafayette brothers. I flew with worm, rt, and puff the magic yesterday and I also had a brief conversation with zebra. I miss you all and hopefully I can do some major comebacks today as well as uplifting the Lafayette Escadrille name as well as mine.

I hope everyone in Lafayette had a great holiday weekend (a holiday for our American pilots that is..) and that everyone else had a nice weekend none the less.. I've seen a few of you in the air, which is always a pleasure, and hope to see more of you decimating reds in the skies of Dogfight soon.

It has to do with you hitting the ceiling on points.. an artificial cap that was placed by the games designers.. I believe it means you hit 5,000,000 points (but I am not positive on that figure.. ask Wig or one of the other top players & I am sure they can answer your question better than me.)

& of course, we hope to see you in the skies as blue also!

Well with quite a few of our pilots seemingly 'missing in action' over the past many months, I believe it's nearing time to initiate the Honored Reserve Wing of the Lafayette Escadrille. This Wing shall be for our pilots that haven't played or posted for more than 2-3 months.. but also we hope that they come back to rejoin us in the skies of Dogfight at some point.

As most of you know our little Escadrille has a maximum number of pilots of 38 to allow us to keep to the historic "Valiant 38" as those first famous American pilots in Lafayette Escadrille were known.. (however the Lafayette Flying Corps had approximately 178 pilots flying with other French squadrons it's believed)

Also, in preparation for the hopefully soon to be upcoming 'Squadron Wars' zuperman made a squadron limitation of 50 members anyways, so our little escadrille was well within that cap even prior to the limitations he imposed.

Anyways, I want to know your opinions on this, as we still have a handful of open spots left prior to hitting that historic mark of 38, so time is not of the essence.
