i took a night off to spend with lady hb and i missed all sorts of stuff! first, happy birthday to a couple of our best G.I's Siedz and Joe. you guys have been great to work with and i hope to continue to do so in the future! i wasn't aware of it, but we promoted siedz to air marshal on his birthday! what a wonderful inadvertent gift!

also, as i was reading the posts i had missed i noticed nashville told us we were not welcoming enough. he may have a point...with the division of our squad it is difficult to get to know the new recruits. one simple solution would be for people to encourage others to use the website, which is one big squad chat. i was surprised to hear his assessment, but it is always nice to get feedback positive or negative. let's use this as a learning experience. in our expansion we can't let pilots fall through the cracks! but really now, we're nice people!! lol
