i was doing some clean up on wing 1 and making out a list of pilots. joe, we will have to compare numbers each week to make the g.i top 20. i think still doing the top 20 each week will help us to feel more like 1 big family. i was doing the numbers of both wings and they are as follows

g.i wing 1 : 45 pilots
g.i wing 2 : 7 pilots

so our overall numbers for the squad took a hit during the transition. all new group captains and air marshals keep your eyes open for homeless pilots wandering around....i make great soups!

I have a couple ideas I'd briefly like to bring to the table.
1) Why the numbers in the names? That was unltimately a huge part of why I joined GI, believe it or not, was because there were no numbers. It was short, sweet, and to the point. Not to mention cool. I feel that numbers take that "coolness" away.
2) I feel, as a squadron, we should be more dedicated to Thanking posts around our thread especially. I've made am effort to thank any post I enjoy or agree with lately, and it matters, believe it or not. The more thanks we both give and receive, the more respected and seriously taken we are. I'm not saying thank EVERY post, as a good deal of mine especially are purely conversational, but a good ratio of posts/thanks translates well to respect. Look on the "Squadron Wars" thread.
That's a defining characteristic I've noticed of the great squadrons. They thank each other. Look at the M.O.M. and Misfit threads. It really affects the family atmosphere. I'll be taking time to thank my Gunners Inc (just Gunners Inc: not 107th, or 109th), because I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Im fine, the case revolves around my daughter. Ex wife trying to pawn of our daughter on me i can't support a child at the moment .

Ugh, what a day. I got 6 hangars and a dozen or so wins (#657 in the world now, I believe), but I could barely maintain a 1.5:1 ratio.... Some games would be 8-4, some would be 0-3... I've been playing with my sensitivity settings in hope of becoming a better turnfighter, but to no avail so far but my head-on game suffering. I've also tried to get back into using the Spad... Also an unmitigated failure... Oh well.

Some days are good and some are bad mac but in the end keep your chin up!!

No id why, but even wiht a tier 1 plane (EIII) I get a 2:1 KDR vs Marshals lol; I think it is because people underestimate me bc of the rank; try it some time, fun fun (high kdr means big boys server almost right away).

the second wing is functional and has 11 pilots. it has presented me with a new challenge with keeping a top 20 for both squads. but when i am determined to do something i do it.

we have some new names to debut on our list this time around! welcome to #14 and 15, ! m and nixkillin. also a new pilot to g.i, Bilko has joined us in the 18 spot. welcome to the new pilots! damage has returned to #19 and aissa makes his debut on the top 20 so congrats!

there have been some big changes in the squad but we are all one, we are all G.I! let's go out and get some reds! keep up the great work everyone.

Mac I hope she doesn't see that in squad chat!! You wasn't around when we were all joking about twerking in wc...but I still don't see what your upset over?? I've raised a daughter and girls that age do these kind of things but don't see her doing anything wrong..you need to remove that from sc before you hurt someones feelings that doesn't deserve that..
