Attention all Gunners
We will attempt to have a squad meeting in Squad Chat, tonight at 10:30 PM Est. For Manic's reference, it is currently 12:30 PM. So, there ya go.
Followin the new limit on squad size, we will be attempting to hash out some new ground rules for cuts/recruits. We have some tough choices to make.
This will probably be a disaster, but the more Senior members in once place, the better.

I won't be available at 10:30 PM est as it will be here 8am IST, a hustle up time for reaching office. But what I will do, I will post my idea here for your reference. In the mean time if we can have a list of all GI's members, it will be easy to separate inactive.

Also keep in mind that still we don't have clear idea on squad wars, so we don't want to do irreparable damages before we even know about it.

Ok fellow G.Is myself hb and slayer are gonna be going over our squad list this is very important due to this new change of 50 member limit in squadrons...Unfortunately were gonna be doing some cutting to try to get down to 48 at least to leave us 2 recruiting spots open...also were kicking around GI2 another gi squad...point is its important to be a active flyer not to worried about your stats or rank but ACTIVE is important to all squadrons now.Also recruiting needs to be a higher standard we don't really know what to expect in this and if somehow you've been accidentally cut and shouldn't have please speak up...on our end all we can do is look at the roster...

Hey hey hey i have a problem, i had many inactive members now i cant see all there accounts on the list what should i do? Ii wanted to get rid of the inactives but now i cant!

i don't have an answer for that one. i was kind of wondering the same thing myself. but if everyone is still in your squad you can manually search for their pilot names i'd imagine.

before i had so many players i made a list of them on my page but i dont know if i still have them or not because i can only see 50 pilots

gunners inc has responded to the squad cap by opening a new wing!

Gunnerz Inc........ is now functional!

The leader of the second G.I wing has been nominated and i am pleased to announce G.I Joe will serve as secretary, mom, garbage man, cook, etc. of the new wing!

all ranks achieved in either wing of gunners inc will be universal between the two. so i am also pleased to announce that Kamikaze King has been promoted to Air Marshal of Gunners Inc to serve with joe in the 2nd wing. also we have veteran member MAC and a newer member Siedz.Solo entering the 2nd wing and i am certain they will be a large help in the coming days.

i am very excited to open our ranks to new recruits once again! come fly the skies with the INC....

About the new squad/recruiting
1) Why all the dots? They make the squadron harder to find.
2) Should I make having a forum account mandatory when recruiting?
3) I'm 3rd in the squadron. Lol
4) When do we send a recruit up to 1? I get that we're all the same squadron, but when will we give then the squad chat thing? Like should we send Nash up to 1 now, or keep him in 2?

all the info looks good joe! i'd like to restate that there really is no difference between either wing. the only thing that will be separate is squad chat on df. otherwise, we do have a nifty website that all gunners inc members have access to. anyone with the rank of wing commander in squad 2 will still be a wing commander if they move to squad 1. same thing for group captains and air marshals. we will figure things out as they come, but for now i am just happy we can recruit again! great job KK and joe!


ps, elim let zuperman know your in game name, the email address you used to register, and the device you use to play the game. there was a thread called "4 months of hard dogfighting lost" that i left my info in, he was very quick to help!

So, I'm working on a GI ad campaign for recruiting. Here's a couple ideas I came up with.

"My parents are dead, but now I'm in Gunners Inc. Don't let your parents die. Join GI today!"

Or:
"I have a Batmobile, and I'm in Gunners Inc. You can't have a Batmobile, but you can join Gunners Inc. Join today!"

Or my personal favorite: "Don't be a Joker. Join GI."

Also, Joe, because I can only acess the site from a phone, this will be tricky for me. So could you possibly link the song "Limelight" by Boyinaband ft. Cryaotic to the GI site? I think WG will like it, if she gets the reference. She should. I don't care if it's in the music section or in the videos section. Heck, you can just say "find your own freaking video, I've got my own problems."

Hey bro. Did you get it resolved? I arrived in Late yesterday and checked email. Sup told me to try it and I got on multiplayer. Hope you get it worked out. Was over a week on mine before it started working again.
