First you lie Isaac (telling everyone you were a game moderator -- but you "forgot the game"); and now you're correcting other players. Wow.

as I have no proof I was a game mod, you have no proof I lied, but yes I do have a history of correcting people, plus I thought I said i'd probably dreamt up the mod thing.

Yes, yes I do. And you just said it yourself. You imply I too wasn't in middle school to hear the classic kid who has to "One-Up" or lie with everyone. You drove a truck? The liar drove a tank. You got in a wreck? The liar totaled a vehicle off a cliff.

Everyone knows one of these types of people as they're generally insecure and feel the need to lie to "prove themselves".

However, when confronted about their lie -- they get caught up and choose to fall upon vague statements.

In Dr. James Holson's "The Psychology of the Liar" he states (in summary); when a liar is caught -- they'll give a flurry of:

>I forgot when the lie happened
>Forgetting important details (In your case -- you don't just become the moderator of a game and not know the name of it)
>Falls back on other vague statements which is where they catch themselves up

I can continue.

But I digress. There's no need to admit you lied because you have already provided us with substantial proof by not remembering the name of the game you claim you moderated.

Please, don't lie. I don't like liars and neither does anyone else.

Thank you for providing me the opening I needed:
Why would I want to remember the name of something that put me through hell? Plus as i've said, what two or three times? It could have been a dream, or a series of dreams, making my first post a mistake, and not a lie or the truth, and thus make this whole arguement laughable and totally pointless, plus, I take from my Grandma, I'm one of the most stubborn people on the planet, I could drag this on forever. Literally.

If "moderating" said game put you "through hell" that is all the more reason for the name of said game to be hard to forget. ;)

I have had dreams in which I could fly like a super hero. Do I go on forums telling people that I have flown without the help of any vehicle or attachment of any kind? No I do not. Sorry but the forgotten dream argument is pointless.

As I believe most will agree, not many of us here on the forums have shown ourselves to be "normal". You can keep defending this falsity, or man up since you pretty much told on yourself by failing to maintain a "believable" lie.

Don't worry though, you're young. I'm sure you can learn to lie with the best if you give it your all. Remember, nothing is impossible, if you just put your mind to it.

My point exactly. You conveyed exactly what I was going to reply.

Isaac, you were caught. I can't believe you'd honestly take us all for fools. Your lies may work around your friends -- but not around here. Stop trying to flame & stop trying to lie.

Also cut the "I'm not normal" teenager-edgy-angsty stuff. Blech. :P

Oh, more 1upmanship. "My dream was scarier than your caused it made me lose perception of reality". If you truly can't tell the difference between what is real and fabricated by your mind, that's grounds for commitment into a facility equipped to help you with that for as long as necessary.

Now I will predict your reply. "I am currently in a mental facility, they allow me to play dogfight because its the only thing that keeps me calm, and they don't like me when I'm not calm because I'm scary."

To which I will then reply. "Glad to hear that you are getting help, admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery."

Now I could continue with this future dialog, but to make a long story short. The end. :)

Heh, lets not be too insulting Jacob (but I agree) -- though I can't believe Isaac has the audacity to continue lying.

Oh well, at least he's literally not breaking away from the rules stated from rules behind the psychology of a lie. I wonder what's next? Back to the "it was a dream" statement? Give me a break.

sudden moment of clarity, I unwittingly tricked myself into genuinely believing, as I often do, that I was once, in fact, a mod after thinking what it'd be like to be a mod. So we got into an arguement because I let my mental gaurd down, this time no lie, untentional or otherwise.
I do apologize.... and, forgot what I was gonna say here....
I have geometry homework due in 9 hours, well, crap....
And, English homework due in 15 hours whoohoo
And I need to buy PE clothes, and my grade starts dropping tommorow, YAY!!!! ( hopefully I can get out buying shorts cause i'm highly against them, because I was playing in shorts once, and unkowingly walked into some bull nettle ( probably mispelled ), which at that time I didn't know what it was, I knew soon
Enough, never wore shorts since)
YAY! No sleep for me, not like i've EVER gotten any! yay, French club meeting in the morning too!

major fault I never went back to the dream thing, if you're talking about the me tricking myself into believing it, I do that stuff while i'm awake, when I try to think deeply and my ADHD kicks in and kills my train of thought and i'm left with very little idea of why I was thinking about whatever I was thinking about and to make sense of it, my mind fabricates it's own story for it... Nonsense, Friedrich Nietzsche was an incredible philosopher.

If no one gave a "flip" then why did everyone confront you about it and ultimately prove you wrong?

And no need to get so defensive & angry. If you weren't lying, you wouldn't feel the need to get so upset over us seeing through every statement you made.

Isaac, I've got some things to tell you:

You're a great person. I know you are. And somewhere, deep inside, you want attention. To be recognized as someone special. Lemme tell you, lying about yourself isn't going to get you there. Same goes to beating yourself up, trying to gain pity from others and yourself.

We all like you for who you are, so there is no need to put a facade of outlandish stories of insanity and self-achievments. You need to realize that, ASAP. We're not stupid, and you aren't either.

So let's put this nonsense behind us, shall we? No need to hide behind anything, Isaac. You're with friends here.

No, not that, the qoute itself being brought up,then again, I don't blame you for not getting it, it takes someone, with mental instability and ADHD to have even the slightest hope of being on the same page as me, cause i'm not even in the same book as the rest of the world.
