What is complaining on forum going to do? I still don't understand why opinions were brought here, many people just want to have fun and I personally think that bringing certain opinions how things work, why things are what they are, etc. is not appropiate. This is a place for fun and to relax, and I will no longer get involved in any more digital drama.

Lets see, the Marine Corps is a department of the Navy, so there is your "sea". The origin of the Marine Corps was to man the guns and fight the skirmishes so the sailors could fire the cannons and operate the ship. The Marine Corps have Harriers, UH-60's, F-18's, and Apache aircraft, so there is your "air". The Marine Corps fought along side US Army in various aspects of the Pacific theater, WWII, so there is your "land". Marines operated in Western Iraq during the second Gulf war while the Army and various national guard units operated in the south. I think that pretty much has it covered.

Your lack of life experience is apparent when you judge all Marines and the Marine Corps by the actions of one individual. Plus, you cannot seem to differentiate between what is indeed "fact" and what is "opinion" comprised of your limited experience.

My life experience consists of 26 years of faithful, zealous, and obedient service in the United States Navy. I have known many honorable Marines in the course of my career. I would venture to say none of them are affected by your opinion of Marines or the Corps. I've been around the block a time or two, son.

Experience and wisdom is only gained though multiple experiences over a period of time. You have more experience than I at being shot, I'll give you that. I have more experience at, well, probably everything else.

You are, however, entitled to your opinion.

My opinion is the US Navy SEALS are the best, hands down.

Well, you obviously don't know how to take advice, and you have chosen to prove the fool.

Lesson 1: On the internet it is considered rude and yelling to type in all caps.

Lesson 2: Nobody will listen to you if you're just going to yell and insult others.

Lesson 3: If you're going to harp on something said to you, then get the facts straight, and use actual quotes rather than what you think you read (e.g. I did not say "NO life experiences", I said "limited real life experiences").

Lesson 4: Learn to use proper grammar, this includes sentence structure, punctuation, etc. I do believe Sharp was telling you the same thing when you were trying to demonstrate your awesome pick up skills on her. (which you then got upset, yelled through typing in all quotes and left the chat)

Ok so you had a crappy childhood, with a lot of experiences of violence, and that's truly sad and I truly feel sorry for you, as no child should have to go through that. As to your uncle the Marine, well as Viper said, you can't judge the Marines based on one person, just like I won't judge him without knowing his full story. As you know many soldiers (from any of the branches) that have dealt with traumatic experiences (this could include you too) could be suffering from PTSD and other psychological issues that can cause them to just "sit there" and resort to violence. I'm not saying that is an excuse for your uncle's actions, but can be a factor.

With that said, it doesn't show your experience within the military, nor have you given any facts to support your opinion, but that again just shows your limited experience in how to properly support your side of a story, or how to present facts. Others in World Chat mentioned their years of serving in one of the branches, Viper just shared he has spent 26 years in the Navy, which having interactions with all or some of the other branches gives him a good position to evaluate the branches. You have zero military experience, so again it takes away from your opinions that you try to state as facts.

Again you have said "stop saying the Marines are better cause their not", nobody has said that, you keep throwing that in there. What did Viper say? "I have known many honorable Marines in the course of my career." This is the closest anyone said about Marines being better, but you keep arguing that everyone says the Marines are the best. Who are these people that are saying that? They weren't in World Chat nor have any posted on this thread. Again this just shows your lack of experience of how to present facts.

As to your comment "get it through your thick skull" the only one showing a thick skull is you. Do you really understand all that happened in the Vietnam war? You want to base that loss on the Marines? Did you even really study what happened in Vietnam, because they don't really cover it in school, they just gloss over it. You're using the Vietnam war as your facts? You need to actually do some research to get your facts straight. I can't say that I'm an expert on what happened in Vietnam, the political issues going on at that time, but I can assure you I have probably talked to more veterans that have lived through that engagement, and have studied what was going on during that time than what you probably know as a fact.

Isn't the military only allowed to do operations on US soil if a stat of martial law is declared or in a case of an invasion (martial law would most likely be declared for this as well), and if so, how can they protect our streets when that would technically be an operation. If anything,we have enforcement agencies to do that until martial law has to be declared. And even then, that would probably be the national gaurd
