As newly appointed tactical writer, I am here to provide proper instruction and a severe brow-beating to all who think that flying head on is in anyway acceptable. It is a subjective fact that only uncreative and arthritic half-wits would stare an enemy with a machine gun face to face. This kind of warfare fell out of style during the American Civil War.

Anyone who feels that this type of play is fun or preferable has obviously fallen way too far on to something way too hard, head first before their skull was fully developed.

With a flick of the wrist and a few simple maneuvers you can easily get on the 6:00 of all but the most astute of enemies. (PC players not withstanding)

These are questions many pilots are asking. Just like the pilot many fellow dogfighters are filled with "Uncertainty" while the Squadron Wars are still in progress.
Meanwhile, squadrons have started jumping up and down brimming with excitement to bring them to glory.

A development in the case of the sudden disappearance of D93 broke during Thursay early morning hours.
He was spotted as a user on the forum and at that hour of the day he appeared to arrive and depart alone and undetected. His presence was noticed however and several excited PMs were not immediately returned.
About an hour after arriving it seems he logged off forum and vanished again without ever having logged into game.
A message was left expressing his regret at his sudden departure as well as the worry it caused. I wish I could say he will return but it is uncertain and seems unlikely. this relationship was not working out and it's not him, it's us. I think we all should have seen it coming.
He expressed love and appreciation for many he met, and they know who they are, and those not on that list know who they are too. He loved his time with a squad he loved and remains proud of TFL.
And then he was gone again, with thanks to all for the good and the bad and the McFate (meant no harm or foul and I belive he said Mcfate had a solid side he could appreciate)

Alive and well and moving on with his life, I think we can all look at our time together fondly and know....it wasn't us, it was him.

Little Anthony's Heart


Hello World, and DF Community we are trying to unite to help out a little’s boy Heart. This little angel is call Anthony and a few weeks back his parents received a devastating blow. Their 1 year old boy, Anthony Radu was given a diagnosis from doctors. He has a heart condition called ostium secundum ASD. It’s when a wall between 2 chambers of the heart isn't fully developed. Little Anthony has no options. Either Anthony gets surgery or the inevitable happens in due time. He will not get to live a long meaningful life. He will not get to play sports when he gets older. He most likely won't ever get to partake in any strenuous activity. Otherwise he will not be able to be a child.

Razvan, Anthony's father is not proud to ask for help. He has started to pawn off personal belongings. They live in Romania where currency is much less than the U.S. dollar. Razvan works security at a Romanian airport with a narcotics canine. He earns the equivalent of $400USD/Month. The surgery will cost $5,000. That is a staggering amount when you consider daily living expenses. There has also been major financial setbacks due to this turn of events. Anthony's recovery will also take a financial toll on Razvan's family. However, every penny after the initial $5,000 will help with Little Anthony's recovery and help give back what they have lost due to their situation. Razvan is doing everything on his end to raise money for his son’s cause. We are trying to help this family in dire need.

There is a true sense of urgency. We need to raise $10,000USD for this family. Any donation will help. It doesn't matter if it is only $1. Every little bit helps. I hoping to get between $1-$5 per donation. However, anything more than what we are asking would also be accepted and greatly appreciated.
