Yeah, if this is supposed to simulate the fog of war I'm afraid I don't get it. Between amphibious tanks/submarines, cloaking devices that let everyone disappear while still pursuing their bombing missions/ctc, lag that makes you put 50 rounds into a red and still lets them continue, the joy of DF is starting to fade. I can tolerate some of the idiosyncratic glitches in the game and its rules (indy-class tanks, snipers on carriers, spawn killers, and crazy noobs) but this is starting to feel more like some weird science fiction game with lots of imagination and little realism...

I get a lot of internal server error as well. Stick with it mate, it will get better.

yep i get the server error as well but iam that dull i though it was my computer.

it appears all the glitches dont affect everone.its just a terrible game latley.i lost the will of regular play a good few weeks back.knowing youre gonna be faced with all the judder,bad lag,dissapearing planes the fun has completely been overshadowed by the poor performance of the game play.you start a game knowing with all the judder youre not gonna be able to line up anything and then its gonna take 4 shots to take them out if you mannage.

If Zup knows of a problem there is never an announcement to explain why.

Yeah between the team killers and bad connect its a bummer. Rich and I had 2 different games with team killers so far something suka and don't remember the other ones name. May be rich remembers. Took a 5 min ban on suka think from now on I'm just going to split rather than play team killer mode. Rich and I punished em for it though. Thanks for the help buddy. Lost conn on two good games also I was lone gun and wanted to finish out had 1 game where the water was grass and every one was flying past edge of world and two tanks were flying through the air strange.

I somehow expect in my next game to see flying carriers, B-52's, some version of the starship enterprise...all armed with cluster bombs and still unable to sink floating tanks that are the fastest objects in the game...

Yup that was the other 1. Good flying with you to rich maybe we will get a good game together with out these dudes.

I am making a full retraction of all negative remarks towards cubanoloco91. After many battles of hunting down each other . And 100's of kills smack talking each other we have mended the fences in are own special way. He is a good pilot and quite entertaining in the text part of the game. I have a bit of the alpha male complex and a bit of a temper and used this forum to vent some of my anger when I had my issues with cubanloco91. A little more abrupt than I would have liked, looking back in hindsight. A lot of you recommended him a while ago and I was the hold out. I am over myself and think he should be re-invited to apply........... Your thoughts???????

Ok guys.... I was a bad boy today, it was me. I didn't let anyone use my phone. It was me.

Today in 2 different games I broke 2 sacred rules. In one in spawn killed somebody with a tank and in the other intentionally killed a teammate

I'm telling you this in case you get reports. In the first instance I was tanking hangars. I took out 4 on one side, slid across the tarmac and spun around and blew 3 more. Somebody spawned on the other side of the target just as I hit the hangars and boom. Not intentional and can't remember who it was.

The other was some kid mouthing off to everyone especially Swop. I asked him to stop and he started with me. He just happened to be in the cross hairs the last time he did it and I took him out. Name is cucumber (aka pickle to me and Swop)

So there you have it... Phew do I feel better! Bopes, what's need for absolution in the church of MOM?

Clay, Props to you in forget and forgive department. However, I have posted many times now on how important it is to me to keep the content on the forum and game chat clean. I do have a child that plays this game and reads the forum. In my experiences with Cubano in-game there have been some questionable language use. I feel pretty confident that most, if not all the MOMs want to make sure no other MOM does anything that reflects poorly on the squad. If you can commit to refraining from such, Cubanloco, I can offer no objection. Other than that.... He is a BEAST in the air and I for one look forward to DF game where he's not gunning for me!
