Ive seen players ranked as low as 63,000 on the leaderboard. I assume that there are from 65,000 to 80,000 people registered.

As for active players, it depends on what you mean by "active". For example, probqbly 5000 people have played in the past week, but most only play one game, figure out that its hard, then leave. Playersnin the last week that gave dogfight a chance, probably around 1000. Players that became dedicated, around 750. Players that became threats, probably around 600.

Players that, even if retired now, became ranking pilots, (BeeDee, Dustball, DarkStar, Criminal Minds, G, possibly Ernst Undet) the number probably isnt much higher, as aces rarely retire. Most of our older players are still here. (Wat Up, Chan, 420, Sky, Hamers, Slenderman, etc.)

Zuperman probably has MUCH more accurate numbers.
