I did some research on the leaderboard today, to try and find the real bottom of the list. According to what I found, there are probably about 75000 on-line dogfighters.

Assuming that players who use their own names are the least ambitious and most likely to be at the bottom, I seached for Peter, Mary, Johnny and the like, and found lots of users below the 65000 mark, and a few below 70000.

When I stopped looking after half an hour, the record holder was "Kate" at 74138, which I believe must be close to the bottom.

But if Z adds the possibility to search for rank numbers, we can have the updated number of on-line users whenever we like.

A lot of the below-65000 players had no killings and no deaths, - no nothing! They may have started the multiplayer game and then quit immediately. But in fact maybe as many as two out of three below the 70000 mark had been killed a couple of times.
