Was just in a btc game with Red Werewolf. We went into the game as the only 2 blues and were already behind as our carrier was at 30-some percent. Anyway after a tough fight and the reds adding Slayer and Solo from GI they won. The purpose of this post is to brag on Red Werewolf... that guy is a killing machine! He doesn't post here much and I have only seen him 3 times in games but you have to look at his stats to see just how good he is. If any of you ever get the chance to fly with him do not, I repeat, DO NOT pass up the chance! He can snipe, turnfight, bomb, and just rack up kill after kill. Only reason we lost was due to numbers and starting with a huge deficit. I should have captured a screen shot but his stats were 41-6 or maybe 7.... incredible.

BZ Red Werewolf! He is an extremely talented all purpose player.

Had a sorta "off" moment tonight with a Kycie wolf (sp!) who got on me for killing him in a dog fight game.."We don't kill members of our Sqd" he says.. Course you know me I had to explain to him that this was dogfight and diffrent rules for this game.. He didn't buy it and I wound up being type killed a couple of times explaining.. Mention this in case there's some smut out there.. Hate it, but know I was doing right.. Pls no "action" on this its just sorta a poor way to meet a new member..

Whether the servers are up, are being re booted.. or maybe just down., it doesent matter, we are so blessed to have the warmth and honest goodness that's a reacurring theme on this thread.. Over, and over.. There's pure goodness here, and if you want to know why.. Take a look in the mirror!!

What a great Suadron we have.. A Skipper that is a true leader.. Friends like Squeak, Dire, Viper, Jack, and Silencer (hurry back) plus two young men who share the best part of what being a friend is..big hearts, and honestly care about others.. Our wonderful, ever cheerful, always willing to put others first Blacky, and Myrlin.. There are so many of you guys, including our new allies with Gunners that are really a pleasure to be around.. HB, Desi, Night, KK, hit girl, Mighty, 9K, are all super to know, and fly with, im sure I'm leaving a number out and for that im sorry, please know it's not intensional.. Consider if you will how many really fine individuals we interact with, and how much pleasure they bring to our game..

Then consider what happened to me earlier, got on to see if the servers were up or not.. The wife and I were watching the media circus that's going on outside of St Louis.. Kevin was in the game I jumped into,(if there were others im sorry I didn't notice) and had to leave as the verdict was being read.. all evening I've missed that game.. On one hand it's news of the worst sort, with no winners in that nightmare, and on the other hand I could have had the pleasure of flying, and the company of one of the better people I know..

Ok, so that was bad. I had to come up with an opener though, and on short notice, that's the best I could muster,lol.
I received an alert on my phone today that I was honored with another promotion. It certainly wasn't expected, and how great is it that we're doing what we love out there, and getting rewarded to do it. Aooooooooooooooooohhoooooww!!! Blackie! I see you're rippin' off 50's at random now....guess once you break the bubble, they flow like fine wine. Ok, maybe not...but I'm sure it has a lot to do with your passion for this game, and your seemingly everlasting good spirit. Good things happen to good people. Ain't that refreshing? Thanks so much for showing me your moves last night. I had a hard time keeping up with my Jalopy. I was amazed at your fluid and totally unpredictable maneuvers, bro! Awesome! Carry on, Wolf Pilot. Padre, it has been a distinct pleasure flying and droppin' Reds with you, more recently. Your good humor and old man jokes, kill me, man,lol, and your fun and sarcastic presence never fails to amuse. During recent times, that has been super welcome. As our chaplain, your devotion and caring comes through crystal clear. Thank You! I'd like to take another stab at flying in formation with ya. I sure miss flying with the rest of you. Most nights I don't get on til midnight, eastern standard time, after I get my wife settled in and resting. Our first attempt to get her petscan done was unsuccessful due to her Diabetes being out of control. We'll try again next week, after the holiday weekend. She's taking insulin shots daily to try to help that process. Beyond the results of the scan, she is scheduled for a skull bone marrow test.As for me, I am scheduled to undergo some intense physical therapy starting when they schedule me for it,lol. The leaky leg is still up in the air{figuratively speaking}, but I'm advised not to go back to work until both those situations are resolved. Luckily the presence of short term disability is making the difference. It converts to long term at the end of this month. Looks like work won't be a reality until nearly the new year at this point. Well, that's the latest, and still a deep subject.
I want to wish all of you a terrific Thanksgiving holiday.We'll have a full house. I for one, am thankful for The Wolf Pack, thankful for the friendships I've been blessed with, and most of all, giving God the glory, for blessing us throughout these trying times, and giving us hope.

Blacky and i were all alone in a four or five against us.. We lost but wow did they have to fight for a long time to get the last hanger, and he two of us led the score board (Kev ahead of me of me of course) they got so upset they were swearing at us in Spanish.
