I would have done the same thing for a Remington 1100

Remington especially that model is a great gun.I had alot of Remingtons liked them all. Probaly my best guns were weatherby's except the shells for the magnums were very expensive. Winchesters are also very good guns. The two models that I always disliked were marlins and savages. I use to hunt all the time for deer, rabbits ,squirrel grouse racoons but as I got older I lost my desire to kill anything. My brothers and friends are always trying to get me to go again. When I worked in Steel mills I would get laid off every hunting season and would hunt all day everyday. I know what Cypher means about that headache from hell because it happened to me once when I fell thru some ice on a lake years ago.

I as well do not hunt anymore. But I still like going into the bush, either just to hike, bike, or fishing.

Welcome back Taz. The Pack is still intact and doing well. Some new faces have joined and some older have moved on. DF is going thru some difficult times with the switch over to Elite. It is safe to say a lot of the Veteran pilots are not happy with the direction the new game is headed. I personally really enjoy DF Elite especially the WW2 planes. There is some aspects of the game I would change. You will have to read up on all the developments and play. Then you will have a better Idea what is going on.
