I appreciate the idea, however the only problem with my current Win 8.1 laptop is elite. All the other apps and programs work as advertised. My experience is when you upgrade an o/s on a machine which was designed for the older o/s, the results aren't always optimal. Mrs. Viper has upgraded her laptop to windows 10, and it is noticeably slower on many programs. If I was going to switch to win10, I would purchase a machine designed for win10.

Hardly worth the expense since everything else I do and programs I run on my laptop work flawlessly.

I have been filling my free time tinkering with my cars, running, and planning a home remodel. Come to think of it, this temporary "lull" in my df activity comes at a pretty good time.

I just downloaded and played World of tanks for the first time today. Usually when I try a new game it gets deleted almost immediately if I do not care for it. World of tanks seems pretty cool so I will hang onto it for awhile and give it a chance. It takes up a lot of space but it is an online game. If anyone is searching for a new game I would suggest world of tanks.

Sooooooo..I was just stalking you and saw this post. I think that Viper was not looking to sound rude towards you guys or trying to restrict you. Sometimes when we write things, the human feeling of the voice is lost and the plain text might seem harsh and it can be confusing as how we view the tone. I believe he was just advising you guys in good faith, because in past post Zup has said he does not like people promoting other games on his forum. You guys were just talking and in no way promoting, but I understand Vipers concern was that Zup today was a bit overwhelm with all the critics and Viper was just giving u a heads up. No bad intention on his comments. The Pack is a great team and u have good friends here so do not let a misunderstanding lead you to take such a drastic decision. Stay with your friends at the Pack!

Yes, zup has said in the past he didn't appreciate folks promoting other games, and that is exactly where my concern is. I didn't take it like you were promoting any other game, but just look at the forum. Zup is getting attacked on all sides and I don't want to lose great guys, like you yogy, due to a misunderstanding.

I hope you reconsider the decision to resign. You have lots of friends here, myself included.

Zup has said it many times, do not talk about other games in chat or on the forum. He just recently in the chat room of Elite said "no talking about other games here, I already have enough bs to deal with these days."
