I was smiling from ear to ear. What you did what you did was more than justifable it was great. Those two cowards ended up dropping out. I am glad to see anyone step up and speak out against those type of tatics. I am glad to see the more experienced pilots stand up for " HONOR ". It shows not only what a great pilot you are but also what type of person you are. One with backbone , grit , and honor.

Have you been taking the aircraft through the McDonalds drive thru again? Yeeeeeesh.

I may have flown there briefly on way to the cider farm , but I had heard the officers mess was out of Thathers ( Katy) , then there was that quick trip to get some proper oak aged whiskey to fill me flask for those cold morning's.
But other than that , no it was not me that buzzd the outlook nest and upside down flwep past HQ tower then flew to McDonalds drive through.....Honest

I will be postponing the WP Elite Tourny till next week or untill soft ware changes enable for a more smoother play in Elite. I cannot conduct a fair fun organized event on Elite as I have been getting booted every couple of minutes and have to close app, reopen etc, etc, That said. We all can get together and flood the servers like last time and see how things pan out. If I see enough interest Ill organize a time for tomorrow night.

Well today was odd. Walked in to my office at red cross to put keys for vehicle back on hook after using it last night. Got pulled into a meeting and was told " we need shelters on stanby in two counties". 15 minutes later, I had six notified, one with a sheltr team ready. Then, it was " Madison County EMA wants a shelter opened. I took my one other guy, got the equipment trailer and met. five others at shelter. We were set up in an hour after notification.

It was amazing. Five hours later, EMA shuts down the emergency operations center. Our shelter is still up and ready. We are now on ashort response standby. That means, I need to stay within one hour of the office. Ok we are not,but I am. I have people who will respond any time in the near future. We remain ready until this weather clears out. I turned downthe offer to deploy to Louisiana this morning just before this came up. I drove through the trouble spots on my way in today and saw we might need to stay put.

It has poured here for 3 days in east Texas, the entire city of Kilgore has a manditory evac going.
One of my workers is staying with me because of no access to his house. Both bridges leading to his place are mia! Not washed out just gone!

Wow. Stay dry down there boys and Girls. Vancouver had masive wind storm last night. Knocking out Hydro across the lower mainland. Highway closures, with trees downed, power lines down etc. I still had to go to work though lol

It need not be a tournament for a bunch of us to flood an elite server or two. It may be more difficult with the change to the servers but we can try. Sounds like lots of doom and gloom from the weather may affect the festivities though.

everyoneknows that mcdonalds wrappers in the cockpit add character. I have used them to wipe off the wind screen,stop the bleeding,blow my nose etc. Once had to jam a quarter pounder into my cake cruncher to keep me from saying bad words.

Congratulations to the new junior officers. It seems like only last week some of you were probies,cleaning my planes and cutting the grass around here.

Chaplains memo

Troops, a brief look back at the week has Cypher knocking it out of the park with updates that I know are appreciated by ... Uhh, those updated I guess.. Whole bunch of awards to staff that I've forgotten.. And please, forgive not listing them, in no way do i minimize these efforts.. Honestly didn't know we were gonna be doing math here, and no notes.. (This is being typed by YOGY i hijacked Padres pad and had a fat daddy) anyway a bunch of cool stuff happened this week that I've forgotten.. What I remember follows..

Doc uses his McDonalds wrapper to blow his nose.. Sheesh that's gross, I know gross, and that's gross.. That slick paper and snot, not the way to get into Wolf Packs GQ photo shoot.. Course I normally get to model anyway, so no loss.. In short (and yep his might be) Doc, put down the slippery snot filled paper, and go save some life's (yep, he actually does) Cush and TX constable saw some of the stuff Doc gets called out for (when he's sober) both had torrential rains and power outages, that were so bad they caused loss of life.. Our hearts go out to the victims here, and all kidding aside, when there's an actual emergency folks like Doc are the ones that are called in.. So an actual hero even if he hasn't learned how to blow his nose..

Wulf is Legionz new name.. Gotta say Wulf, from Wolf Pack has one cool ring to it.. Not quite as good as Dickless who I still contend has THE number one name on Dog Fight.. What else.. ok, Luna wolf brought in pictures of his tank getting one of those 19.99 oil changes.. AND to close tonight is Cyphers Elite fly in and party down Friday... Forgive your old Chaplains laps of memory, everyone have a great weekend.. and remember in everything you do.. Do it all for the glory of God !!!

Chaplains Wolf Pack Memo

There are times when our names are more appropriate than nicknames, this is one of them, and obviously important, I received a text a short while ago from Tony aka Cush, that Craig, aka Cypher had lost two co workers on his job site this day.. Two men who will not be going home as Tony said .. Craig requested prayer.. I'm going to request that both Edward aka TXConstable, and Tony also leave prayer because for one both are uniquely blessed with our Lords presence, and offer prayer superior to mine, and because frankly my heart breaks not just for the men, and their family's, but also for Craig.. Losing someone you know is a horrible thing to go through.. Craig, my friend, I'm so sorry.. I hope our words will fill a void, and that you can pass on to the family's our sadness for the loss.. If anyone else feels the need to leave a prayer or comment for Craig please do as well..

We don't know how many years you'll give each one of us.. Nor do we know what the future brings.. We're told your return will be sudden and no one is to know before that time.. Sometimes in life death makes a sudden appearance.. It takes the ones we know, and love.. and it leaves us with an emptiness that words can't touch.. We hope our prayer will help in some small way.. We lift up the souls of Craig's two friends this day, as we lift up our eyes to you in prayer, and pray that you receive those souls in heaven.. We pray for peace for the family's, and we pray for closure for all that were touched by this tragedy.. Please guide us all to remember that death can be a sudden thing, and to remember to ALWAYS live a life that allows for that sudden passing, be it in telling our loved ones how much we love them, our friends that they matter to us, our simply to be as free from anything that the Lords presence in us has deemed "wrong"..'that should we die a sudden death, we will be ready, and our friends and family comforted.. Please here our prayer this day, and have everyone involved or touched in the palm of your loving hands.. In your Holy name.. Amen

Dear Lord you declare in your word if any two people agree as touching anything it would be done. I agree with my beloved friends on here that you give these families and Craig the peace that surpasses all understanding. Not the peace from people lord but your peace. Lord please use Craig to help those in need that were involved in this trajic incident. Lord I thank you for your comfort your peace and your loving kindness. Lord I also thank you for your comfort for these families of the two men that passed away. Lord it is my prayer that these families seek you out and cast their burden upon you. Lord you said your burden is light and your yoke is easy and for us to cast our cares upon you. Lord please be with these families as well as Craig during this time. Please let them know you are with them and walking through this with them. Thank you Lord for the answers and your comfort in time of need. In your precious holy wonderful name.
