Guys and girls if you are using your tank be careful of a player by the name alex murder likes to team kill tanks tried bombing me but failed miserably cause I was defending base in my tank.

Well before this Alex murder joined I was tank defending

So in he comes says last warning DeliWolf try's bombing me fails so I shoot my cannon straight at him so I say only warning don't try that again cause I am defending the base try's again so again I shoot down for trying to team kill me. Then kills another team mate in there tank says crossfire I reply bs you've tried killing me twice when I'm defending. Turns round shooting me take him down 3rd time I say keep trying you will keep begin shot down. Then this player proceeded to start cussing and swearing at me I sit there and Then this player says he's gonna report me for using tank I say the creator of the game will just At your report then they say I will make sure you get a permanent ban. I don't know but that sounds like someone who has been banned before maybe that luft on a new account? So just keep your eyes about you guys and girls

Very cool Bici. I see him most mornings. Love flying with him. He's a great addition to the pact and just a great guy to boot.

Bicci I haven't had the pleasure of flying with you same as a few other probies but work is so busy I can usually fly early hours of the morning GMT I know many of us have different time zones I will try to monitor the game for potential new recruits however I have had no luck in finding a pilot who I think would be a good fit for The pack I kinda do the same as I do with my business when I have emails of CVs I look at experience. Then I look at what they can bring to the pack. And finally I look at attitude. So just incase some of you are confused Attitude has to be positive not cussing anyone or anything against squad rules so compared to my company I have a no bribe policy in place however if a customer wishes to give a tip my employees are welcome to accept that. So Cussing which is a squad violation I see that and they passed the other two things I look at no go

Yeah, chicken little is one of those low ranking, highly skilled players. I prefer to pay against most morafs, than him. There's a few like that.

My experience with bici is he communicates just fine. Enough to make me want to explore a bit of Japanese so I can communicate with him as well.

I've been looking out for potential new wolves Rc I compared the way I look at them to how I would if I had someone come for a interview to work for me so say for example a new wolf would have to have 3 qualities a fair amount of flight time so say they are a group captain rank in levels I know they have had a fair bit of experience to them then I look at there kills deaths hangers and games won so if they have 1,500 kills 600 deaths 100 hangers 120 wins they have the right potential to bring the pack a great deal then the overall quality I look for is attitude in game and to other pilots so if its a positive attitude towards the game and all for a laugh then I know they deserve to have a probie period in the pack to see if they will fit into our fine squad. I hope this is a way you can understand brother I think typing when I feel Makes it hard to understand but I do like the curiosity within the pack

Bici became a 'Gold Wolf' because he fought to the bloody end of a game. When I joined WP from day one that is what it was about integrity, sportsmanship and helping one another. It doesn't matter if you're outnumbered or losing--support the team and get back in that plane.

When I look for a new WP member my goal is to find a pilot who stays in game and doesn't lose his/her cool under red fire. I invite them and know we have good pilots (like Larry and RC--our flight instructors!) who can train them to become skilled WP pilots. Viper gave me a lot of pointers when I joined and I knew I'd found the BEST squad.

I would like to add "loyalty" to your list of attributes which help make a good wolf. When I look at numbers for potential wolves, I look for "honest" numbers, if that makes sense. While the actual numbers themselves are not all that important they do give a general snapshot of how a person approaches the game. For instance, if the person has a very high kdr and no hangars or wins that normally raises an eyebrow or two. While not 100% accurate, clues like that are a good indicator whether or not a person will be around after probation.

Personally I would be happier with a person who will be in the den next year at this time over a person with big numbers, however the folks with the big numbers are a very good recruitment incentive.

My officiall demision.

I am sad to announce i am forced to quit dogfight. Dont worry, its not because I got board of it or anything, in fact, im sad i'm leaving. Its because i just discovered the guy who had windows on my pc had a cracked version. So i'm swiching to linux, wich means i cant play anymore. I tried copying it to run it on wine, but sadly windows blocks usage if its not playing through the store environment.
