In my capacity as OIC, and with full authorization by our commanding officer, VIPER10, I do hereby accept Cypher7's request for reinstatement in Wolf Pack, as well as directing him to resume his duties and powers as our Recruiting Officer.

This said, I would like to commend Cypher on his willingness to openly accept responsibility and possible censure for his actions. This is what a true Wolf does.

Secondly, I would like to commend Dire for looking out for the Pack's best interests.

Thirdly, I am impressed with this Pack. You all showed solidarity and mutual support for each other through a potentially difficult situation, and it was resolved with a minimum of bloodshed between warriors in the Pack. Dera, Alex, Sarge, and others all aided in a peaceful conflict resolution. Kudos to you all!

With that, this matter is officially closed. Owwwwwwoooooooohhhhhhhhh!

Let me rephrase that, squad officers shall run ideas past the boss prior to posting. I cannot effectively manage the squad if I don't know what is going on, if that makes sense.

Sir Cypher is a top notch guy, and a friend to us all. Make sure you say hi to him if you see him around. He has done a great deal for us, and our squad has benefited greatly from his presence in our ranks.

Since I feel he made his decision to leave in haste, I am planning on leaving the door open in the event he changes his mind.

Folks, its pretty simple. Respect other players, fight fair, support one another, and have fun. If any of those elements are missing I am always available to help any one of you guys. I see that the biggest hurdle to having fun are real-life stressors or commitments for some of you. I cannot say this enough.... Life comes first. WP is second(or third, or fourth). Focus on your school, tournaments, jobs, family, etc. before worrying about df or WP. After all, happy wolves are deadly wolves, committed wolves, and brothers.

With a message like this, With no doubt or hesitation in my mind, I gave myself a kick in the as. How could I possibly abandon you, or any of my brothers. No I will not quit and run like a mangy coyote with its gnarly vtail between its legs.

WOW, what a weekend I missed around here!

First off, camping trip went well. No fire problems but a guy nearby had his tent blown into a huge revene in the high winds and we had many of our tent poles break... RIP.



Now, I read the posts since I left, and was pretty sad when Cypher said he was leaving, super glad he's coming back.

I for one didn't witness most of this stuff, never saw the incident with Cricket or anything, but I'm willing to forgive Cypher and hopefully everyone else is too. Everyone here is a wolf, but everyone here is also human. We all make mistakes, we all mess up from time to time. I've made mistakes, and I'm sure even Viper has made mistakes. Nobody is perfect. Now we may not always see these things from people within the game or forum. Likewise many people who aren't very nice in the game might be just fine in real life. The important thing is to continue improving and learning from those mistakes, trying to correct them next time around. Even more important is to take responsibility and make things right. Cypher, though he said he has slipped up recently, has been an excellent squad mate, and he has taken more responsibility than most people would have. To me this shows an incredible amount of maturity and dedication to the well being of our squadron.

These are just my thoughts. I know I'm a lieutenant and don't have authority to make changes or decide the direction the pack moves in, but I think our friend Cypher7 has the best intentions at heart and the betterment of this band of brothers in mind.

2. Still a top squad (could hit #5) and move up if we fly as often as we can.

As you guys can probably see the drama between the moms and misfits is really heating up. I would recommend that for the most part we stay out of all that... best to let them work it out. Honestly speaking nothing we can say will do much good here anyway... very strong opinions over there, just like in politics. Anyhoo, happy (and hopefully drama free) flying.

Just received and replied to Cypher. I fully agree with his recommendation.

In fact, last game I was in I hit 'chat off'. It's the button at lower left of screen. All will get better, sadly we've seen this happen before and it was fixed.

Just to be clear pack members, the pack Marshals have decided to to implement radio silence on the Wolf Pack Forum thread. To explain why is very simple. Very shortly Zuperman will be stepping in rest assured and there will be casualties that might get banned. This is the time to maybe turn on a movie or something. If you do play , follow Dires advice. This is where we need to be very careful.

Wow I missed a lot this weekend...when I first read what viper said about Cypher leaving I just couldnt gather my thoughts together and kept reading on through the pages...then finally saw that Cypher did not leave ...good to see digger flying in Elite every now and then again...I still have to think of my Thanksgiving name, will let u all know before i switch in in game. Ill try and get up in the air today for a little... also I will probably change a couple things IRL and in game...soo i probably wont fly as much as I want too but as Viper has always said ¨life comes first¨...will try and also start honing my banner skills n make them better so that will take time also..and now I must say goodbye for right now and hope to see a couple of u in the skies today..

This is a message from Zuperman. It's worth reading and good news as WP has a great group of folks. See you in the skies!

This clearly came out of the fight between MOM and Misfits but it applies to all squadrons.

Violation of the terms of usage are not allowed, and a squadron has a structure with their own internal moderators and managers. This means that if a squadron allows repeat abuse and violation of the TOS from their members I may have to step in and take over or disband the squadron.

It has happened before, and it seems it won't be the last time. If you have members who repeatedly cause trouble in your squadron, remove them. Simple as that. If it becomes the norm that the people in your squadron are causing trouble and nobody takes action, I have to be ultimate resource to do it and that's never a good sign. I'm not here to babysit, neither to spend hours reading who said this or said that. When I intervene it's because the squad management has been doing something wrong for too long and I'm not going to allow people who have nothing to do with the chaos have to suffer through reading all that stuff.

As an additional note, there are hundredths of people playing the game for months and even years who has never had any reports against them or even a fight in the forum. In fact, that's the majority of the people in this game. So you have to take a hard look at yourself if you find you are always in the middle of the trouble. You definitely need to take care of it.

That is good news. Ok guys I need to stick to school during the week and will see you all on the weekend.
