Gentlemen .........i dont mean to impose . Whip as a friend i hope its ok if i post here . I have something id like to say to you ,ghost , and both the squads . ......guys let me remind you how this will end . First a big arguement then you will both get over it . Whip you and i have had our problems were both passionate about things . Ghost you and i have as well .......but now i consider the three of us friends . I remember asking you both to call me and we not only resolved the issue but were close friends off forum . Eventhough we have all had our issues the whole community consoled me . I totally agree, I thought that posting like "All Dragons Must Read This" like Ghost did to manage the Misfits was a noted event and since Ghost's goal seemed successful I thought there was no insult implied. Sadly some people don't really understand situations and what is being said and decide to say a lot of stupid things that are wrong to someone who doesn't care to deal with the side show. Ghost I wish you no ill will at this time. We have had a good truce let's keep it that way....read what I said first....no insult I swear, but I am ticked off enough make some if you feel you need entertaining.

Star, I hope you and your family are doing well I think about you more than you know. I plan on going on a mini rant for the next little while as I get things together so if you want less stress avoid this thread for a few days I would think Don't ever think you are unwelcome.

Whip i was laughing at the fact you mentioned in reference you your post. And the walls crumblimg down was in responce to you rebuilding your squad! You took it wrong, like all ways! Now Bumm was right! We shouldnt squabble over meaningless words! I should take what you said as a compliment. Its cool that i inspire you, it all works out in the end. Well I may not be putting forth the effort required to decipher the cryptic statements posted but the point was I have bigger issues on my plate and if you need some dissatisfaction aimed your way I am in quite the mood to accommodate. I have the plan and strategy already it's just a matter of typing it out and hoping it works. I have no (new) issues so it's forgotten...

I have thought of past decisions under the new structure and would like to welcome back Black Star! You were integral in the creation and provided help when I really needed it, thanks man, I don't forget. Good to have you back brother!

Whip and black flag . I submit as operations manager this : squadron rank ,perks , and votes on topics are directly influenced by the squad members participation . Like the idea i had on the metals i submit you consider giving rank to members in the squad . Example .....a member very involved could be captain or major . For instance captain dyno spyder or private blackstar . The idea is there are perks for being involved....what say you dd leadership

The dragons and the loonies get on world chat and then all log into the same server at the same time. It kinda started as a friendly bet the loser had to wear a pink banner for a couple days. We never got around to the bet part but we did all fly together. It was a BLAST!!!

I like the idea but the management can get tricky. I think it would be more relevant with more people and I want people to post but also feel free to have a break and not lose rank because of it...

My verdict, good idea just maybe a tad early. I suggest we keep the idea and just wait until we have say 15 members.

Thank you Whip and Black Star for having the confidence in me to head up the recruitment effort for the Devil’s Dragons; and I know I keep saying this, but I really think this is going to be completely and totally awesome. I was so fired up about what Whip is doing with the squad right now I went and I read “The Speech”  that General Patton gave to the Third Army in 1944 prior to the Normandy landing. I’d post a link to it, but it’s…well…let’s just say not suitable for all readers. 

Here’s cleaned up excerpt. Word’s in [brackets] were replaced with “alternate” words:

 I expect to have more information over the next several days about recruiting and becoming a squad member of this fine organization called the Devil’s Dragons but I will need assistance to get this going. As my first duty, I need to appoint a second in command for recruitment, so I am looking for someone to step up into this role to ensure we have the greatest success. Ok but the idea is a person who is involed more has higher rank but there can be 1,2,5 captains . The point is its a symbol of your stature in squad not a litteral position to be filled or lost . Next time we talk on the phone ill explain better

Ive recruited lots of great pilots in my time here in dog fight . My advice is be in game lots , get them to like you and fear you and the sqaud in combat . Be socail with the up and commers and pick the cream before mom feeds them cake , or the other squads snap them up .
