it would seem to me that our squad is big on giving people second chances but they seem to get back to their old tricks....all except for Richy I guess. I still think giving second chances is the right way to go I just wish it didn't comeback to bite us all the time!

A potty mouth is one thing; it’s not acceptable in the forum, especially when it’s out of control. I personally, am a little more forgiving of repeat potty mouth events.  I myself, outside of the forum would make dockworkers and sailors embarrassed if they heard me talking to my mother. And they would want to pour moulten lead into their ears if they heard my mom talking to me. So basically don’t be around me or wear ear muffs when I stub my toe or hit my thumb with a hammer. But I keep it out of the forum – I do slip from time to time, but I digress. That said, if enough respected members of the forum agree a ban is in order for repeat potty mouth, well then so be it. However, I have absolutely not one degree of tolerance for derogatory, biased, narrow-minded, idiotic, uneducated, thoughtless comments!  Rhetoric: What is their thought process when making comments like that? Let me answer my own rhetoric (I know): None, zilch, zero, goose eggs. No brain, no thought process. I can’t even pause to think why anyone would let that type of thinking enter their head let alone let it be said ($%^&*/1 idiots!). Just like you cannot save what does not want to be saved; you can’t educate what does not want to learn.

I agree Whip, I am all for second chances but that's the price we are going to pay. If we as Dragons can help to reform someone, it is worth getting bit now and again. I guess the squadron could publically out the person on the forum if bad behavior continued after the second chance. I will be quiet now. Dino

Yeah I have had mothers grab their children's ears around me at times I totally agree bad language is one thing defamation is another.

Dino I am glad you feel this way and I hope that is the feeling of most Dragons, I am willing to take some heat to get a good player reformed from bad one. I believe in second chances but like Richard02 and Blue Beagle there is a sort of writing on the wall that we need to be able to pick up on. Oh well done and gone now.

Well, all one can do is give the opportunity, its up to the other to take advantage of that opportunity or piss it away...... And away it goes.

I don't feel bad for giving the chance to him, don't regret it. The game is changing folks, don't know if you noticed that or not, I have. Besides the everyday frustrations of being kicked in the middle of a game, the phantom's and what not.

Its changed in a much more unfriendly way, pilots and squadrons declaring war on players for repeatedly being able to shoot them down, even if it is that the one doing the shooting down is living some fantastic lag that only he is experiencing.
Have you noticed, at the end of any mission how few if any at all give the "GG"? Rarely do I see another player coach a newer one. Instead just drive em to the mud and fly away.

The game is taking on a attitude of combating, replacing the friendlier game I am used to. That's not to say good things happen here, they do of course, just much less.

I see falcon3 hung him self after a given opportunity, that's his loss alone not The Dragons, not sure I see the crap hitting anything. If that's all it is, no big deal. Am I missing something else?

Saw this earlier but I wanted to wait until Whip got a chance to respond. I am sorry for your loss and my deepest simpathy for you and your family.

I have just spoken (texted) with Blackstar and his brother had a tragic search and rescue operation. He fell and ended up having a swollen blood vessel in his brain and died 3 days later.
