Hey Mr Wig sorry I lost connection in the game I was in against you. This seems to happen a lot. Is this a bug in the game? Oh well I leveled up to level 10 that was with the help from a NLR player the destroyer. Well trying haven't.played a lot due.to the connnection problem. Hope one day to be as good as all of you guys.

I invite my M.O.M. brethren to tip one back with me ( milk for the young ins ) on this day, the 44th year of my existence. lots of fun planned out for today including hanging out with my kids, installing a new countertop for my wife, my choice of whats for dinner(never happens ) all followed up with a hockey game tonight that ends with the traditional two hours of drinking in the locker room/parking lot! So happy to be one year meaner! My gift to myself: shooting down every non-M.O.M. I come across today!!(probably not very realistic, but you gotta dream right! ) See you in the skies!

I to am a huge Bengals fan my whole life...

In all honesty, I was pretty upset that they lost that game the way that they did, until I remembered that there are 26 families in Connecticut that lost something far more precious. So I went and hugged my boys instead.

Barring any late breaking "out" votes, ICARUS, RacinMadness and Jacklpe are IN! Still waiting to hear from RyansAce. I'm trying my best to maintain the M.O.M anti-protocol protocol but generally "stop by and apply" is heard as "stop by and be in". I've been playing with Jacklpe for months, he's always impressive and always fun...and always bearing a squad tag, "Pure Evil". Only tonight did I get around to asking, "Hey Jack, is Pure Evil a real squad?" When he said "no", I invited him to the thread. Jack, give us a sliver of info about yourself...I'll need first name, city, state (for the roster) and the squad will want to know whatever you'd care to share by way of brief "get to know your Jackalope" thumbnail bio type stuff.

Hey Guys I just want to say a few things about the horrific event in Newtown from a firefighters view.8 days from now ..many of us will be sitting with family opening presents and enjoying Christmas together.Some parents in Connecticut will be in agony as they have lost there child and there will be unopened gifts that were waiting.A life that could have turned out to be something unbelivably wonderful,maybe the person who found the cure for cancer,maybe a future president,a future mother,father etc.This is more than a story of parents,or children,its a story of humanity.Where has all the love gone from us?How can we love and help each other?How can we be positive influances on everyone around us?How can we make ourselves better.
People whether you a beliver or not,you must be good to each other.I dont know how to boil this down any other way.I know we're hurting "PRAY" We dont know, but theres a God who does. no matter what God you worship belive just belive.I have seen many deaths in the military and as a firefighter.The reason I became a firefighter was because of my time with the RANGERS stop taking lives and start saving lives tomorrow is not garenteed so hug your kids and loved ones and hold them tight.TODAY I WEEP...SORRY GUYS

Yesterday was the 221st anniversary of the Bill of Rights. Within the Bill of Rights is the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the amendment that protects the "right to bear arms". This amendment is antiquated and has no real world impact on anyone's "freedom". The drafters of the second amendment did not have caches of automatic weapons in their homes. They were not protecting the possession of completely unnecessary, unjustifiable toys with the power to murder children in unthinkable numbers with chilling efficiency. How many Newtown, Connecticut children would we be mourning now if that demented killer had had to stop, pour fresh powder into the barrel, tamp down a wad and ball, cock, re-aim and fire his 1791 long rifle? Assuming he would have even gotten through school security with it. That's what the second amendment was protecting, and that firearm technology is as dead as the logic that originally informed the second amendment.

Glocks, Sig Sauers, Bushmaster .223's...someone is going to have to do a hell of an eloquent sell job explaining to me the need for these weapons in non-military, non-law enforcement hands. And once I'm convinced perhaps I can pass along the explanation to the families of the victims in Newtown.

DJ, Clay...your questions break my heart. Do we finally get rid of all the guns or do we arm everyone? Where has our love (and humanity) gone? How can you tell the good guys from the bad guys? Easy; the good guys are the ones with the brains and compassion. The bad guys are the ones with the guns. Restricting your precious "freedom" by restricting your selfish desire to collect deadly weapons designed with no other purpose but to kill is as offensive to me as the massacre in CT should be to you. Time to wake up. Time to grow up. The lost children of Sandy Hook Elementary School will not have that opportunity.

Even if they outlawed fire arms, the only people who would give them up are the law abiding citizens. The criminals and psychopaths will still cause harm to others by use of whatever they can get their hands on. Besides criminals don't care about the laws so what does it matter to them if their weapons are legal or not, their just going to break the law anyway.

Guns never hurt anyone, neither have baseball bats, but in the hands of the wrong person both are deadly. The bad people are a problem with or without weapons.
