Hi guys,
To knight...i just googled ur squad name & got this  Lafayette Escadrille American Volunteer Pilots in WWI Before the United States entered the war in 1917, American sympathy for the Allies took many forms. One of the most famous was the Lafayette Escadrille, which started in April, 1916 as theEscadrille Américaine. As this name prompted German diplomatic complaints, it was renamed theEscadrille Lafayette. The fame of its thirty-eight American pilots exceeded their tangible impact; in 20 months, they downed 57 German planes, a solid, if unspectacular achievement. In February, 1918, the Lafayette Escadrille was absorbed into the U.S. forces as the 103rd Pursuit Squadron. (Many Americans flew with other French units; in general, these volunteers were called the Lafayette Flying Corps.)

Adarsh,
Take a look at the very first post of our Squadron and you will see what Knight is talking about. There is a bit of history about the Lafayette Escadrille posted and it's very good.

Where do you come up with these logo's for everybody? You have come up with some very creative designs. SkyStorm is really sharp! Very nice job!

Thanks Don. I just enjoy allowing a little creativity to flow from time to time, and want to do as good a job on the banners for our squadron as I can regardless of being handicapped by not having PhotoShop. I have fun doing it.

Seeing that we have our own signature plane is awesome but what makes it even more awesome is that its on my favorite plane
Nieport.17 is really a great plane and if you pilots need help on how to using it weaknesses as strengths just let me know . It was the very first plane I used to match against zebraup while he was in his moraf plane. It even took him long to catch me in it haha. But again I would more than happy to help you all master the N. 17 See ya in the skies. SkyStorm

That's not the only plane flying our squadron insignia SkyStorm... the Sopwith Tripehound also has our indian chief in his war bonnet

ZebraUp, I like his airplane, but the pilot looks a little goofy
 Had fun flying with you and Predator today, even if we were on opposite sides. I tried to switch but it didn't work so I just stayed on that team. I had a good score at the end, even if our side did loose. So, did I do a good job?

ZebraUp, I'm not sure what "squadron chat" is. I thought this section of the forum was for our squad so I came here, is there another place? I checked our web site forum but nothing there either. I'm probably missing something, but yes, I hope next time we are all on the same side, but at least I know when I see the Lafayette Escadrille pilots in the game there won't be any "funny stuff" from them, like planes that disappear and then show up again over and over again, or sneaking. It's all about character and integrity. Win or loose, blue or red, I like flying with folks from our squad.
