No doubt, this should have been a win for us, with the odds stacked at times 5 on me, BigC and aurgus a noobi who was doing great. By far, it was an awesome game and proud of the results, our appoinents proven to succeed and did so, hopefuly AURGUS may stop in to joing, if so- the outcome was nearly served as a blessing in disguise. Hi Guys, I think getting in more players and the idea of a drive for recruits is a great idea. While we have a good active list, it can always grow, and new blood brings with it more buzz in the forum and more Enigma brand awareness in game (when I started I saw enough Enigma to get a feel for the squad and the type of pilots that it had).

I'm happy to get as many new players as we can in, as long as we maintain the integrity of the Enigma brand. I believe our current recruiting process allows for this. Players that don't fly "the Enigma way" (e.g. team and spawn killers) are unlikely to get votes for full membership, but we also have the ability to help them reform, and that's a good thing. The DF community benefits if players play fair.

It would be good if we could get some trustworthy players under rank 10 to scout for talent in the minor league (the new server for under rank 10 players), since none of us will get the see these players and spot/develop talent early on. Once they join the major league they may have no interest to join a squad, since they haven't seen any squads before. Perhaps we should start an Enigma under rank 10 sub-squad so we get our brand out here with new players?

I know theres either change coming or it may even be in effect, but in the last three days im still seeing lots of aspirants, and holding there own. But yes we will need to ponder this thought, the way you've achieve your writ explances very well how difficult iur quest will become.

Let's get an under rank 10 to do some recruiting/spotting for us. I haven't seen an aspirant since the Android upgrade, but I fly odd hours by US standards.

Let's do the recruiting drive, but we need to ensure that Enigma members make an effort to get in the air in June, not only to recruit but also to vote on the recruits so they don't hang around waiting for a rubber stamp, and at the same time they get their coaching and we ensure we keep the Enigma brand intact.

In June I'll commit to fly at least an hour every day, and try to get new recruits. I ask that others do their part.

To join is easy, go to the tools menu (link is top right of this screen). Join the Enigma squad, then edit your name to have [eR] in front of it. Then we know you are a new Enigma pilot, so we will look out for you when we are playing.

I haven't been here or playing in the last few months due to school stuff and just started again few days ago. i struggle coming back this time due to the updates on the game but im sure things gets better. Anyway it was a pleasure to see some enigmas playing. I did had a chance to play with dxp, j, nachoo, kp and some others.
