Es un plan muy sencillo de egnite la comunicación, Reclutamiento y participar en un camino de liderazgo. Debido a que cuentes!
Estamos buscando todo miembro actual para convertirse en reclutadores oficiales. Si esto pasa el PROCESO voto y usted decide convertirse en un reclutador. Cada uno de ustedes, se le asignará el (ejemplo) [E2R] D ~ x ~ P, cada uno tendrá un número de differant de la siguiente manera. [E4R], [E5R], [E6R] y por lo que mientras recluta, usted tendrá su reclutado llevar su [E4], [e5], [E6] Estado de identificar como su reclutado.

Ahora el camino hacia el liderazgo:
como se recluta en Enigmas contigo esté establecido logotipo, al llegar a ocho reclutas, se le aconseja al personal Enigmas. A partir de entonces, se le asignará el líder de vuelo de sus reclutas, estarán bajo su mando y dirección.

VUELO LEADER logo ejemplo: [E-FL]-Hammer_Tool mando [e5]-D ~ x ~ P, etc, ... Realmente creemos que esto puede servir de antorcha para ampliar, comunicar y participar en juegos de rol, etc, .. Esto es sólo el comienzo, desafiando a cada uno de ustedes a tomar un papel más importante en la toma de Enigma un equipo fantástico como ningún otro, así que por favor vote. Vamos a ver hasta dónde podemos ir ....

Yes blackstar* just a few above ya guys i gotta say i have a really bad habit of telling rude people where to stick it in the game . For instance i just flew a bomb carrier mission that was 7 commodore and above against me and one noob . I shot down 17 , died 10 and led the kill sheet before i was bombed out . I said wow i need help ! And some dumb wing commander called big balls said shut up noob ...well you can guess what i told him . Then some guy from 111 said loosers ..im here to tell you i didnt take that well at all at 7 to 1 my noob had o kills . So i told them off .....bad habit i know but im not the kind of guy that takes crap for no reason . If enigma doesnt want me i understand but thays the truth about me . I go off when someone starts talking smack for no reason ...other than im kicking all 7 butts

Ok let me start off by saying ive written a responce but then my time had expired ,,,llollol, fustration kicked in, and in my responce i was sharing thoughts about how i was yelling at my device and more on the part of lead by example and be the better of the bunch.

Well ill just make this one quick,
We all have challenges, all the time.
Again what makes us, is simple.
Be the leader, be respectfull, apply assistance. Its always your choice.

The 111th and Enigmas have an outstanding relationship, alway share a piece of the birthday cake with our partners in the skies.
And most of all -know that we appreciate you coming foward with your challenges. Sometimes it help me help others by just sharing so i dont want to discourage you. To share i myself have many being a northerner, i can find myself yelling , its really funny because my wife just breaks out laughing, so yell if you have to, and sometimes if im sharing my thoughts through ingame event, i make up words in subsitute if you know what i mean.

Hello j - sorry to leave the game i whipped ALOT of tail in that one . 43 kills 15 deaths hehe. but i was left with the two fueding rookies so i thought id let you and king dragon eat them lol!! any who i looked on the roster and im not there ,so im not sure if i should wear the squadron banner or not

i heard there are lots of rookies in the morning and people get kills # up. is that true? i only get to play in the morning on weekends. most of the time i play at night when they aces are flying witch makes it hard to win.

the update for the roster takes some time to be updated. dont worry is just a matter of time.

@ J Bro it was fun messing around. i had to finish the game with that kill cuz that guy kept on bringing me down well trying lol. so i killed him and it was my 15th kill. but yeah every time i play im stressing out about killing and avoid being kill, you know? K/D ratio. (im at 2.5 now) lol. but now i see i have been missing out in exploring and doing some other things. FUN STUFF! i have a blast every time you are my parner in the skies!

Wear the banner, I update the roster every week or so, should get to it around Sunday

Got home settled in, had some dinner and took flight , was a quick but slow motion bomb runs for ghe carrier. It was wig., Butterfly K.A.F, against. Mig29, Gina 2 noobs and [e] Blah. Again a quick good starting win for the start of the evening...

By the way does anyone know who is [e] Blah?

Squad leaders have a praposal on the table that will encouage all to support the squad to include a path to lead as well. Currently we have 31 active members posted by --J-- on the active roster thread. In order for our last praposal to pass we will need your vote, if you have thoughts of your own and feel the last praposal may not be for you, know that we hope that you will participate with your (vote) share your thoughts. We ask that you vote and include this may be a fit for you or not, we can always make the nessassary adjustment to fit the needs. As the praposal sits on the table, i did not include a timeline for closing of the matter, so i will ask that we move forward in closing May 20th 18:00hrs USA Eastern standard time.

Example of the pole-outcome. 
31 active members;31 votes for approval 100%
31 active members; 10 votes of approval 10% =10 auto Recruiters applied.
Just some quick examples of the outcome, basicly your votes promotes this proccess and you. Members will auto-positioned themselves as Recruiters. If you wish to remain as a pilot thats ok, please include your thoughts.
 You just dont know- you may have a great idea sitting up there....

Do we vote here? I think the idea is a great one, it helps foster Enigma's rep as the nurtures of up and coming pilots.
