We are currently bouncing ideas around, infact your right on the money. We are sorting at the moment plans to come forward, and continue to ask all to bring forward thoughts of the crew (open forum). As you know, we are a team and very much value all. So lets keep them ideas coming...
Currently we are awaiting Kazee to recieve the connection of google talk, to include him on the the current ideas that are being discussed. Once these initial plans are sorted out, will bing them to the table for a vote. We hope you all will take part in this process.

Sorry I have been having major problems with my Android, For the last three weeks my plane keeps losing power and float to the ground ( CRASH ).It is hurting my crash and dead #. So I got my wife's apple did the updates lets see what happens. Next time I see you I will be flying a apple. See u in the sky.

We want to begin by sharing one of many ideas to advance, responcibility, and Lead. One of our highest thoughts that we want to bring to the table and for all to take part in a vote.
Is our Flight To Lead,
As it stands Enigmas must grow, our current members are the most exceptional players in the skies, bounded by sugnificant direction laid before us from Slendy. 
What makes this so rich, is that we believe in those simple rule as we enter each and every game. Thats what seperates us from the rest, it is our time now to carry the tourch and expand our Corps. In preperation of our current status and soldifying our future, expansion is at hand. We are asking each of you to take part in a vote in moving forward. Its a pretty simple plan to egnite the communication, recruitement and taking part in a path of Leadership. Because you count!!!
We are seaking all current member to become official Recruiters. If this passes the vote proccess and you choose to become a recruiter. Each of you, will be assigned the (example) [e2R] D~x~P, each will have a differant number as follows. [e4R], [e5R], [e6R] and so forth.As you recruit, you will have your recruitee carry your [e4], [e5], [e6] status to identify as your recriut.

Now the path towards leadership:
as you recruit into Enigmas with you're established logo, when you reach eight recruits, you will advised the Enigmas staff. From then you will be assigned Flight leader of your recruits, they will be under your command and direction.

FLIGHT LEADER logo example: [E-FL]-Hammer_Tool commanding [e5]-D~x~P etc,... We truly believe this may serve as the torch to expand, communicate, and take part in role play etc,.. This is just the begining , challenging each of you to take a greater part in making Enigma a fantastic squad like no other, so please vote. Lets see how far we can go....

And as always, should you have any ideas of your own, please post it, we'de love to hear from you...

Hey. Nice on the promo. Sry I had to leave the game we had goin, but I was at a Ultimate Frisbee tournament for the best team in the southern US. Sadly we weren't in the championship, but these are some pics.
