Oh man. I sure wish I could log on and forum and play more.

Anyway, I’d just like to chime in on the spawnkilling string that was started a few tabs ago.

My feeling, as Enigma, we are all stewards of the rules that we live by. And in that regard, there are times when you need to use your judgment when dealing with a situation where someone is supposedly being spawn killed. Be wise. If you see someone getting hosed 5, 10 or 20 times in a row; guess what – that dude is getting spawn killed by some summabitch; and I don’t care if wheels are off the ground or not. And, if someone bitches that they are getting spawn killed and you see them die maybe once or twice; and then maybe one or twice a few minutes later. They are either a crappy player or new; not getting spawn killed.

Now the question is, “what to do?”. Well, if it’s me, and some summabitch spawn killin’, I don’t care what the mission is or the status, I’m going after that person; even if they are on my team. Most of these spawnkillers are cowards and typically bail when you go after them. Hopefully, this doesn’t sound too harsh and for those that know me (maybe only GenJack, Calvin and Slender now), know that I play the game about as fair as anyone. But you’d also know that I can’t stand or tolerate team killers (somewhat hypocritical here since I’ll team kill a spawn killer and I do duly apologize for this transgression but feel that it’s justified) or spawn killers.

I don’t advocate Enigma respond the way I do if you are unsure. So my best advice is to be sure and above all else be a steward of our rules and be wise. If you’re not, you’re a bound to cause trouble and get banned yourself.

Same. Excessive spawnkillers look like targets to me.

On a sort of similar note, guys, always ask people to change their names, stop spawnkilling, or stop teamkilling when there's an issue, and explain why. In under an hour, I got two names changed and two teamkillers fixed up.

J, cancel the new squad. We don't have anyone in [eR] at the moment, we can use that for all new recruits, regardless of how close to joining they are.

So, feel free to ask anyone (Literally anyone) to join the Enigma Recruit squad, and when they're recommended enough, they can join the full squad. It doesn't matter who we admit into the Recruit squad, because if they misbehave, they'll simply put of their opportunity. Be sure to still explain the rules first, though.

New question: sometimes the play is jerky, sometimes the bullets seem to pass through planes and other times its the opposite; smooth and I shoot down everything within close ranking to myself.

Is there a better device to play on or a certain Internet speed minimum? I'm using an iPad 2 and sometimes a 3 (1st gen). Thinking of a mini next.

Any advice?

That's lag. I'll explain it better tomorrow, but it's not necessarily your fault.

An iPad mini? If there's really a time when your iPhone is too small, but your iPad is too big, reexamine your priorities.

Seriously tho, if you plan on purchasing a tablet,, a Samsung tab would be good, or even a Note. Huge screen,but it still fits in your pocket.

[e]nigma has recently expanded recruitment opportunities to ALL PLAYERS
This includes players of all ranks (level 1 thru 31)!!!!

3- as a member of [eR] attain at least level 5

How to join:

1- If you don't already have one, create a forum account
2- Post your intention to join on the [e]nigma thread
3- In tools, join [e]nigma recruit squad
4- In tools, add [eR] infront of your ingame name

Sorry I haven't been on this week a whole lot my fellow pilots! I'm still checking the forum everyday, doing the job Joaquin entrusted me with and managing reports. But I won't be posting a whole lot until I get Thanksgiving break off. I've been inundated with tests, clinicals, lack of sleep, etc.

So yeah. We'll all get a LOT of playing time in very soon together. I know Calvin and I still need to have another match together for sure -- that was incredibly fun last time!

That's what's going on with me! Just letting everyone get informed. I'm also wanting to revamp the Enigma Corps and add any suggestions anyone may have. Please (I can't ask this enough) send me every suggestion you have.

Don't you think that an aircraft should lose some of its performance abilities when it has taken hits? Tanks as well?

Would be more realistic for sure.

A few bullet holes wouldn't affect performance much, as long as it didn't hit the engine, pilot, or controls. I have flown in planes with holes in em and they flew just fine.

It does do damage, smoke is alot of damage, it mKes it easier to chase them.

Smoke is huge. Makes it much easier to kill someone.

The "banner" above you plane gets there when you have joined the squad in the forum tools

You add the [eR] in front of your name by changing in game name in forum tools.

Johan has my full recommendation to become full member. Flew with him in two games. I dogfighted him and played on same team. In both cases he exemplified the Enigma corp.

The game is so full of bugs and people who play with no honor that I have decided to leave Enigma and only play occationally. I don't feel that I would be holding up Enigmas values when I continually trash the game due to my frustration. In my opinion it is unplayable.

It's up to you but I think you should stay Enigma; and still play occasionally.

Hi fellows. I am Alex, I am 36. I live in Argentina. Ive being playing for some months now and never took much time to be around the forum before. Nevertheless as promotions arrived I got to know wonderful pilots and awesome players. I was recently honored by DXP29 suggesting I should join you and therefore I read a little about your squad. IMHO I feel your code reflects the way I like to play and would be proud to join you if you care to accept me. Ive already requested the eR tag on the tools menu.

I love to fly although I am no real pilot. But I do skydive and trek mountains whenever I can. I am also an Imperial German militaria collector and history fan.
