I was expecting to see my name on here today. I was playing the dogfight mission yesterday and I shot a player who shall remain nameless during take off, probably 3 or 4 times. He was less then impressed. I don't consider this as spawn killing, at least not during the free for all dogfight mission. I feel this is a race to 15 kills. And I am very competitive, I like to win. Blame the server for respawning you right in front off me. Don't blame me. All other missions I try to drop my bomb on the target, try to shoot you up for a minute and then make my way back to reload. Unless I have friendlys coming in for there bombing run, in which case I will hang around and shoot em up. So dude, in the future please refrain from the negative comments, or perhaps you may want to play tiddly winks instead of a fighter combat game. Is this spawn killing or not???

You are a very good player and I respect you....a lot.
In answer to your question you will undoubtedly hear many opinions so here is mine. Shooting a player once during take off (wheels up and able to maneuver and shoot) is not spawn killing. Doing it more than once is. The severity of it is proportional to the rank of the target, the lower the rank the worse it is. The only time repeat killing during take off is acceptable is in the last min or two of protecting the zep. It is unlikely that you would be banned for this ( unless you're using a tank ). An outstanding player like you does not need to hover over the airstrip and kill targets as they become airborne.

ok I_Love_girls is a severe team killer and bombed our own hangars. We had to keep shooting him down to control him. Here is him hitting our hangars

What can be done about this Misfit imposter? He's clearly enjoying sticking it in our faces that he's an unauthorised squad member. What do they call that, ummmm, trolling?

I asked him to not fly our squad name. He has been asked not to, and Ghost has been asking other squads to shoot on site.

I dont look forward to it, but I'll be forced to TK the heck outta this guy til he quits it. At my own risk of ban. And so will my squadmates.

Evidence of trolling and name calling here, please mods, is there a set precidence for what can be done about this guy?

This player would not stop with racist remarks, when asked he called names. Then he teamkilled. Player is Maximum power man. I have enclosed pics of the digression of his manner as play continued. Please do not click on pics they are offensive. That is why they are minimized. Flying muck can confirm this.

Reporting water..I was blue and in a low tight turn and it killed me..it killed Blue Max in a previous game as well. I asked it why and it didn't answer. so I shot it but it was immune..this..water...has 1,846,345 kills..and yet hasn't been dealt with. I have seen it kill blues on countless occasions thinking someone would report it but nada.

I have no moderator powers..I gave those up..by asking zupe to remove them ..on forum I can still do things..and water is no player..its...water..the stuff AC floats on..in every game it has killed relentlessly.

okay...I have no powers in game..I cannot kick or mute or ban or use info...if I see a blue going for another (including me) and its not an aspirant I will now just shoot them with the following message..." that was your only warning..shoot red names only".. I used to warn first but that never works..and I will kill them till I'm banned..if its a red teamkiller I will make them my pet project..I won't let a red or blue take a ban if I can.I will t:ake it first. And then possibly exercise my responsibility of reporting them..though unless permanently banned, they will not learn to play the game right.

I agree and have started a topic on this. The one thing I've noticed is an increase of higher ranks team killing/hanger bombing. Are we sending the correct message by doing to them what they are accused of doing wrong? Should this be part of the game? Stopping your mission goal to deal with these guys upsets the game flow. Is it added gameplay or a trolling experience? Many do not come to forum to read the forum perspective and often ask what the "blacklist" is. With the open rules of engagement (no rulebook) format of the game what is the fair answer. The Forum community communicates but do the newer players have an idea of what the forum thinks?

When I first began on the forum I noticed the block at the top RULES.
NO RULES. I raised the question then, WHY?
My suggestion was to place a box on the first page of the game for RULES and a place on the forum for GAME RULES & FORUM RULES.
Nothing was ever done. Maybe it never got noticed.
Many other games, even single player, have a RULES section.
Leaving it up to the individual to make their own.
Flying with honor has always been my style. For a long time I never shot parachuters. It felt wrong. Then, I discovered that was a way to get points.
Adding the aforementioned boxes along with penalities would help to alleviate many of the problems would it not? From the little I know and have observed about the programming it doesn't seem too difficult. I may be wrong, but worth the effort to help the game remain enjoyable.

Maydy/mikeslu your ban will be removed today. Destroying your own hangers and killing your team mates is one rule enforced by 5 minute ban and reports here by other players. Please do not do that. To all players if your blue your cool, Red your dead. I believe the two/three kill before the ban is for accidents not for retaliation. The Blacklist thread is made to resolve these issues as fair as possible. If you want to shoot everybody just play Dogfight missions.

We may both get fried then... I see it as you do... It's a combat game. Why play if not to win? I'm sure there is an app for an online tea party or something if manners, class, grace, and honor are something that must be put into every facet of your life.... Even a goofy, although very addictive and fun, video game. I just hate to see someone treated like crap in a game... Beyond that, this ain't real life. It's a game to play and have fun. Those who teamkill etc and screw it up for everyone... I get it. Those that come on here being hateful and nasty, I get it. If you keep getting shot while taking off, don't cry about it, learn to take off better. I don't want to see this end up as "Dogfight 6.Crybaby". Maybe there needs to be a crybaby version... I don't know. Anyway.... Same rant, slightly different words.
