Not a clue-my iOS device way outstrips the droid tablet for benchmark performance so it should be the other way round.

My android tablet is brand new..Maybe 2 months old..Since I played elite it has only turned somewhat fast on one update..That was fixed on the following one. Also I used to be able to shoot at a distance pretty good, that was fixed 2 updates ago. Now by the time you see someone pop up it's too late and tink tink down. Next few updates should fix bombs from working on hangers and carriers.Then I can play capture the flag in empty games by myself until an update is added to fix that. Shots go right threw planes without hitting a single shot and ya crash Everytime trying.. passed threw a whole group of people without hitting one on numerous games so that update was successful. most games the planes your shooting at jump around, disappear and reappear bombing a carrier or hangers. Anyway I'm sure there's an empty capture the flag game I'm missing while typing this so I better get to it before anymore updates.

That really sucks bro. I am not sure if you can do this on your particular device or not, or if it would help. But if you can use the Steam game platform App and download DF elite through this gaming platform, you might have a better gaming experience. From all the info and reviews from players using steam, I can safely say it seams to be the most stable and best performing version of the game available. Or if you have a home PC or laptop, download steam on them. Unfortunetly it will be a $20 cost. I really enjoy seeing in game, and find we have had some really good battles. I hope you get all sorted out soon brother

Unfortunately it will never happen, even though pc players are in a minority playing the game. Remember when the game was adjusted to try and give a fair game for all, the pc brigade spat their dummy out, and were given their advantage back, so complaints like this will only fall on deaf ears.

Unfortunately,in this configuration,we will enter a new era of unskilled players ruling the roost.
I hope they pump as much money in as we have all done over the years.

There's a few players who obviously have a massive advantage using their pc/laptop.. I'm still using my Kindle tablet and playing nice but if zuperman doesn't even up the platforms soon I will be making the switch to my Christmas present to myself.. a new laptop..

I don't mind getting shot down by somebody because they fly better than me, or because they got lucky.. but just because of their device/platform they can get me everytime?!? Oh no, I don't think so.. Homie don't play dat!

well you have a huge advantage with a kindle any way you where on my tail yesterday before i even could make the turn i saw you saying you worked with zup to improve the kindle seems it worked for you my tablet flys like a brick now i told zup about it via email the silence from him is deafening me

I am a pc player and using game controller but don't see any advantage. if anyone has to try advantage or disadvantage, then let's both players have top tier plane fully upgraded and then engage in simple turnfight.

Few days back there is Lafayette pilot who is playing very good but I got him 3-4 times and he says are you on pc.

It was capture the carrier mission but the point is I got him only either in headon shooting or during turnfight only when he go for other plane giving me opportunity to shoot else I am not able to catch him. I am not that good turnfighter like ZebraUp or jimmy the great who have special moves to get anyone in no time.

When you do see someone having advantage over you, just check whether the both planes have same speed, maneuver bar or not. And one thing more tips from ZebraUp, jimmy do help in turnfight. Give your device to them and let them turnfight, you will see that they get the pc player in no time which according to you have pc advantage.

For the most part the aircraft perform the same when turning, but I have also found some folks in top planes I can overtake after 5-6 turns. I wonder if there is disparity between types of tilt devices? Perhaps some of the little digital accelerometers are calibrated differently. With all the different devices out there it wouldnt surprise me. Its either that or their plane isn't fully upgraded, but I have no way of knowing that without asking. By and large the tilt folks are even with my pc when locked in the perpetual turn, and it comes down to the first one to blink gets the lead sammich.

This debate has no foreseeable end.

Right now I can say that zuperman has made PC at par with other devices. I have both German and Allied planes of WWI fully upgraded and I think Viper and Doggy DIX too should have the same. If anyone has same level fully upgraded plane in WWI then engage with any of us in simple circle turnfight testing ( no up down or special moves) and check whether any of us catches you.

I too got shot easily in turn fight even with best plane, but one tip from Zebraup and another from Jimmy the Great helped me to stay longer with good turn fighters and take advantage of other pilots who does the same mistake in turn fight which I did in earlier days.

In WWII I have Ki-61Tony and Ilyushin IL-2 fully upgraded for Speed & Maneuverability but I can’t catch CC rider or Walleye in turnfight and in fact Walleye gets me in no time in 99% case. In this case I can’t say that Walleye has device advantage as I know that the plane Walleye is flying is Mustang which have 4 speed bars whereas my plane got only three and also Walleye maneuver his plane quite well. That’s why I mentioned in previous post to check that you both have same level and fully upgraded planes.

PS: Just had a WWI game with Royal Dutch Joke [20-Jan-2017] playing on ipad and he sees no PC advantage in fact we go on turning to each other with no clear advantage to anyone.

Just had another WWII game with Husky Dog [20-Jan-2017] playing on iPhone 5S and he sees no PC advantage. We tested with P40 Plane

Not my experience of PC's with Xbox controllers (proper ones.)

I still think that it's more like a case of who has the best connection, someone on a pc connected by wire to his isp through a fiber optic line is probably going to outperform me on a broadband connection from tower to tower through my router then by wifi to my tablet. I think the pc vs tablet is nothing compared to connection disparity.
I generally expect to suck though so I don't let it bother me to much

i second that.. on df 1, pc had a advantage, i know it now a Days, for sure. Thats just because DF Elite is in lack of that speed and movement i was used to have before and matter of fact there seems to be a minor delay in the buttons on keyboard also... I can´t bomb 3 times in a row,rapidly , the arrowkeys neither react immediatly like Before... so the advantage is not there anymore... Matter of fact my ass is often handed to me in turnfighting against players on other platforms... or especial players with Equipment that is way out faster than mine...

PC advantage is just something that is easy to refeer at when there is actually something other that affects the game... i guess it have something to do with syncronising players on the server... commonly called lag


im not frustraded about my lack of air advantage... I´m more of a all round player today, than i was before... Better head on, Smarter in my choices of engagement and the way of flying, to seek the target.And im inproving my moves in air, when being engaged in a turnfighting with other faster players...its a new challange, in short.

Very good description on how your planes moves and reacts using arrow keys. I also have the same issue with trying to drop bombs in succession. I now have to try and throttle back once over my targets. I miss or over shoot the last hanger quit often. As for turn fighting and speed advantage.. I am not sure. Some days I get my head handed to me on a platter. Other days I do better. I find if I try to hold true to how a plane actually uses lift and throttle , using the air foil to maximize your maneuverability and speed. Trusting the physics behind it all and placing your plane in the correct position to do this often gives me better success. Opposed to chasing, getting tunnel vision and losing sight of the field, this usually leads to me getting shot down

reallt depends now what divice your on bro !!! and always keep sensi up in game or you will be slower !!! yall know im on pc and love a good tf!!!! elite is tons closer than df1 every was !!! i have my hands full with alot of tab an phone players now than ever !!! i see my plane slow greatly when in game with all tab players so in short pc is not the advantage it used to be !!! think of going in game an one game your fast as lighting then next very slugish thats what pc is now !!! think of never having one set speed to get in a grove an get used to thats what pc players deaol with now !!!!! very tuff now just ask acefreely hes a tab player that once he upgraded plane i have super hard time with !!!!!

Well at this moment in time, thanks to Unity's almighty cockup with the updates, to me, iPad is near useless, seemed out of sync, as for Android, try to imagine trying to swim upstream in a fast flowing river, just seems so slow and no manouverability.

That's what a lot of us have in every game-time to split devices or at least servers.
I for one will not be renewing my subscription.

Hmm, thing is, would you want to spend a huge amount of cash on a laptop JUST for this game , no, I wouldn't, not when you can play warthunder or world of warplanes on pc / ps4 / Xbox.

The thing is I've always played on PC, and it's just as messed up as everyone else right now. I think most of it is lag, and is mostly due to having fewer servers used by more players from different regions. I'll give you whatever alleged edge I get in a turn fight if I can stop flying straight at a red's nose, filling them with lead and not getting any hits, only to have about 6-8 of his rounds all hit me darn near simultaneously. Then, just as soon as you figure how much lag-lead to give for that match everyone gets dropped from the match.

Be prepared if your thinking about heading over to War Thunder to sooth your frayed nerves; you'll go nuts just trying to get your controller set so you can control your plane.

............... just ment i play on a very old acer laptop so old does not have hdmi and have to use a 1 doller usb keyboard cause arrow keys n letters are missing lol and 25 bucks in a pawn shop that would hold windows 10 ....or i wouldnt be here to fly !!!!so really depends how bad u wanna play !!! and what u call alot of money !!!!

The tablets and mobiles in a server for all players equal without advantages and the pc in others. It continues to spin much faster than the mobiles and the tablets., The game must be just as fair for all but the value of the pilots is altered, And that does not serve is not the pilot that appears to be. So that way you can not see if it is really good as it always plays with advantage and lacks merit what that pilot can do well.

I have a question about pc players. now when im behind a pc player and just start shooting how do they know to turn before my rounds even get to them.and its always a split second before their hit.do pc players have a rearview screen in the corner.the only way i can see behind is to swipe my screen.and that makes flying damn near impossible.

Si conejo,yo le dije a Joaquín colocar una cámara trasera para poder esquivar a los pilotos en vuelo.Seria una buena solución a eso Punto ciego que es nuestra espalda,si usas screen no puedes controlar el avión y te chocas normalmente,yo se lo propuse hace tiempo al zuper seria una gran solución para saber que ocurre detrás de nosotros,también le dije que poner de color azul los objetivos de tierra por ejemplo, sería más efectivo y no disparamos a nuestros propios pilotos y al diferenciar los tanques y otros efectivos la caza en el aire seria mucho mejor para todos.


If rabbit, I told Joaquin to put a rear camera to dodge the pilots in flight. It would be a good solution to that blind spot that is our back, if you use screen you can not control the plane and you crash normally, I will I proposed long ago to the zuper would be a great solution to know what happens behind us, I also told him to put blue earth targets for example, would be more effective and we did not shoot our own pilots and to differentiate tanks and other personnel Hunting in the air would be much better for everyone.

I don't think this is a platform issue; I'm a PC player and the same thing happens to me. I think it's a case of one player (the target) having a better connection and seeing what's happening in real time, while we (the shooters) are suffering lag. First, he's not still exactly where we see him so who knows how close our rounds are coming. Second, he already knows rounds are zipping by or hitting his wing before we see it happening; it may only be milliseconds, but it makes him look psychic.
