Here in Brazil we love to play football (the real football, what some north-americans wrongly call it "soccer" - while their "football" is played with hands mostly... go figure...).

We play it on week-end-clubs, we play it on every place we can run and put some goals. Kids even play it at the streets!!!! Its hell of a fun, believe me.

And there is a professional level (played by professional players, of course).

So, answering your question: If I was on a PROFESSIONAL team, there would be NO PLACE for a pluribus on my team, for sure. Professional Football is a bilionaire industrie, so positive results are ALWAYS EXPECTED. I would NOT keep him and let alone pay him.

But on our amateur, neighbourhood-filled afternoon football encounters, when we basically run behind the ball while telling jokes, hearing samba and laughing and taking some beer after games (I dont do beer tho), there is room for EVERY FRIEND that comes by. Even for those with just one leg, even for those with intelectual disabilities, even for those who doesnt like football, even for those who are so fat that cant run more than 30 seconds, even for politicians (hum...), even for atheists, and even for those who refuses to obey the few rules (if any). In this case, I tell you: YES, WE WOULD ACCEPT PLUR.

Just one question for you: Are you paying Davy, or Hulk, or anyone who stays on your team and play according to your standards? I need money, you know... And I have a prety decent KDR...

We fly as a squad. There is no possibility for squad wars here in DF. You wont understand how fun it is to fly with brothers(yes I call my squad mates brothers because they are more than just a video game mates to me) because you are probably spending most of your time here on the forum. I don't mind the KDR/Rank of my team mates as long as they stay with me. I haven't complained anywhere about "playing standards". If they drop I drop, if the use glitch I use glitch. As simple as that.

My one-leg, my fat-belly and my brain-disabilited friends don't play to help the team. They play to have fun. If they make "money" by doing it, its not my business.

Did you ask Plur if he have fun doing what he does? Are you SURE he is not geting some fun? Maybe he laughs at the whinners every single time they whine, who knows?

One day he was on world chat said he had to leave because the walking dead was on tv. i dont watch the show but my kids where watching it while i joined a server at the same time the show started plur entered the game then he crashed into the floor and sat there the whole tv show. we won the game and plur did not move or make any comment (this is point harvesting)

It is interesting to look over the top 100's stats with Plur in mind. He has the 2nd fewest total kills so It shows the value of "games won" and hangars bombed to world rank position. As many have said, points are the only thing that matter when it comes to world rank. Well you certainly get more when you are able to play for many hours on end.

Even if I get to the point where I'll be playing a lot again I can't imagine I'll ever get into the top 50, I just can't dedicate that much time to the game. ... maybe when I retire....just you wait Davy, all I need is 20 more years!!!

From the first post on this thread it basically states that it is a waste of space taken by one player who chooses to crash and do nothing. From what I gathered was simply one asking why do this when another who is willing to play can play and be of some help.

I was just going to let this go, however your arrogance is beyond the realm of humility. My wife has done more in her life than you sir could even begin to fathom. She is a silent warrior who has seen some of the worst shit that most will never see. She fight's daily to bring some small glimmer of hope to children who have suffered some of the worst trauma that no child should have to endure.
