I'm one of those that ops-out of dogfight scenarios. I have my sensitivity settings low because I can't hit anything otherwise. I turn like a barn on a barge. Dogfight scenarios are just not my genre. Once in a great while I will change my settings and look for a dogfight. As is usually the case, I can't find one.

This conundrum is why it would be nice to be able to change settings during the game - even if only on a runway.

Well, I think that's a big part of the issue. There is a big advantage to head on shooting with the sensitivity turned down, but it comes at the cost of maneuverability. It's no wonder you would want to avoid games that focus on turn fighting. It also makes a handicap when you need to deal with campers, droppers and spawnkillers in bombing games.

Basically, in my opinion it's silly to limit your maneuverability. Heck, if you're just going to turn it down, why fully upgrade your planes?
