Dr Dave wrote: I dont have a problem with a thread being deleted but lets face it you guys and gal..(That would be Jackson delete stuff all the time that you didnt mean to delete or so you say...
... I say if your going to delete a thread then send at lest one PM to the person whos thread your deleting and let them know why and who....
.... When we start a thread they will at times take on a life of their own, you are more than welcome to join in on the fun and maybe even guide the conversation in a more appropriate direction (censorship at work) before deleting it entirely....
.... Point... When we re-elected that pomoused pus sack back into the Ovel office you did'nt like my post about him, So you deleted my post without deleting the thread.... WHY? ... Maybe your a Democrat sympathizer (Turn Coat) or maybe you just didn't or don't like Pace Picante Sauce...
..... I dont know and dont care... What i do know is that the people that were posting on the Monkey threads were having fun with it and ment no-one any harm.... If someone took it the wrong way then I'd say their wound way to tight and maybe just maybe a good old fashioned spanking is what they really need and not a delete button....
In short I dont mind the thread being deleted but I do think you should have told it's owner ME. why and who did it. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE END OF IT. With no fuss no foul.......................
Not sure what you mean by " gal" lolol......
If I delete a thread (on purpose). I will usually post a reason or comment somewhere (which I did on another thread that got deleted)
As far as joining in on the fun, ( what fun!!). I didn't see it as fun. I saw it was going no where, over the top and past the line.
The title in itself was "boarder line".
Not sure what you mean by the Obama post. (Personally I don't support him or his kind)
You said "people posting on the monkey thread were having fun not to mean any harm"....Well, you have to know that there are people here that are young and old that do not want to see that stuff.
So yes sir, I am very tightly wound when it comes to content that many if not all people shouldn't see. (Especially children)
Lastly, I would of thought that you being the "owner" of said thread, could of kept it clean and save us "mods" who had a hand in the deletion of the threads some time.
