Bomer, the reason everyone is being so harsh is because we all believe you are better than this. We are trying to show you the wrong in your actions. Now, from what I've seen, you probably don't take any of this seriously because, indeed, this is a game, and you simply don't care.

But, like I've said a thousand times before, this is a community. We will defend each other and the values that we share. You've been here much longer than I have. You should know that by now.

Max, Jimbo -- everyone else, just let Bomer be. Sarcasm never gets anyone anywhere. This thread went from a matter of values and honor, to a comparison of skill in a video game. Somebody needs to step up and be a better person, rather than adding insult to injury.

Bomer, I'm not trying to force you to change your ways. I'm just showing you where we are all coming from. If you choose to continue doing this, very well. I'm also asking others to lay off. He already said that he will not drop if you ask nicely. Have a little faith and forgiveness.

I'm pretty sure I was nearly banned because of an argument like this, or at least caused the ban of another player. My BS meter, too, went overload, and things were said that I wish I could take back. Let's prevent anything like that from happening again, yes? Luna, don't you know by now. BOMER IS NEVER WRONG!!! If you don't believe me, just ask him. Everything he does is perfectly defendable. He is without reproach. He's the best pilot in the game. He can chew nails and spit bullets. How dare you suggest that anyone is showing him HE is wrong in his actions. They're actually changing the the name from DogFight to Bomer's World!
