Im sure not everyone will agree with this. I dont feel removing a mod was needed but I see what is needed done. We have been cleaning things up and that is good. Kids do play this game too but zup is thinking of getting rid of this all together. So something does need done. Communication is great and we as Misfits have good communication skills. Arguing will change nothing.

No Misfit comes to the forum to incite a riot or cause problems for the onlookers. We are players from all walks of life, and from around the globe. From age 17 to 79, we all have different views on everything, but we all come together for this game and forum. No one here want the forum to go away, We will do whatever it takes to keep it going. To Jacob and Zup, please understand Bzerk's point in standing tough with his point. Since the beginning of the Misfits squad, the distain has been thick and often. The leaders of this squad have always taken it on the chin and fought back hard. I don't think any other squad has faced such opposition. I am not trying to make excuses, I just hope it can be worked out.

Now its time to go back and EDIT all the previous posts, so they say something about my feet.

Just get rid of the Misfit's thread? This is what I am talking about. Why such distain for a group of players who just come here to have fun? I can only think of a few players, who would go to extent of starting a second account (or changing of their name) just to poke the sleeping bear. Get a life.

Well said Sir (swamp foot) Hulk, and yes for whatever reason alot of people have ill feelings towards our squad. Why? Each have their own reason, and choose to stick to these reasons. That in my opinion. Is their demon to deal with. As long as we are not giving them new reasons then I see no issue. There has been some changes made, honestly I feel these changes were made to help, not to cause an uproar as if someone wasnt doing their part. Not talking about bans. That I dont see any reason for. Lets play this out and see how things go. We will just make the situation worse by getting upset, whether the reason is valid or not.

No mods were actually removed from the thread, T. The entire thread was moved into the gossip section to avoid the deletion of my "communications". If you look around a bit you will see that multiple squad mods have been banned, so no bias there either. It would be so much easier to delete the entire thread to clean it up, instead I am going through nearly 2000 pages to leave as much of this thread intact as possible. I will move on to other threads after this one.

Maybe the original post should have been made on the gossip section instead of singling out one squad. Then the backlash may not have happened period. The mod that was banned had spent lots of time removing or deleting posts that were inappropriate. I bet it felt like a slap in the face because he spent lots of time sifting through the thread. Maybe 2 people's standards differ, but nonetheless the effort was always there.

I am not sure how one can be banned because he doesn't agree. Seemed like emotions were getting high and this looked like an emotional move to me...but what do I know...

Believe what you want, but I have seen what he has spent "lots of time" removing or deleting, and it's not much.

The thing is that I'm not sure you do really know how much time Bzerk has spent. This goes back a long way. When McFate was still a Misfit, someone called his preteen son (cat of doom). Foust and Bzerk worked day and night to try and find this person. Then there was the GOG fiasco, causing months of issues with no moderation. Again the leaders of this squad took the time to research and try to find out who this player really was. Then just here lately a player stalked one of our "newer" recruits on FaceBook. Again Bzerk (who barely plays anymore) took time out of his busy "real life" day, to search out and bring this hooligan to justice. I am sure you know what it is like to spend more time Moderating then playing.
