THAT is a flat-out LIE! I have NEVER spawnkilled! not EVER! If you were ever killed while sitting on the runway by one of my bullets then that was an accident & NOT intentional! If that's the response you are going to put out there for the dogfight community to read then have at it Ghost.. because TONS of people here in dogfight AND many in your own squadron have flown in most games here that i have played.. and i KNOW not a single one will EVER say i spawnkilled! So spew forth whatever you wish.. i won't be lending any legitimacy to your claims by arguing the point further. Plain & simple, what you just said is a LIE!

If i had known that was the kind of person you are i would have never joined the misfits to begin with.. because i don't associate with dishonorable people.

I agree I've played with zebra up several times, every time he was clean.

well since I have been gone and 1045 posts that's a lot and I feel so left out and don't have any clue what's going on but data's on and fueled up and ready to fly

Zebra i have flown with you many times and not once did i see you do any thing wrong! When i was Ghost! And many times and an unknown. What you do when no Misfits are around is just what was said! I have no reason to lie. I use my unknown to do a proper eval on the recruits. And what i got was not what i was expecting. I have tried to over see it, but many others have said it as well. Sorry that it went down like this, but........... it happens!

Yeah guys I've been in more then a few games with zeb can say I've ever seen sk or tk and I have dropped when out numbered to chase down a foe with one hanger left he's done nothing any one of us hasn't done at one time or another and a dishonorable discharge really. And why is incinerator flying.with out his tag

I have had nothing but good times with you blue or red. I hope this continues to be the case. I hope this passes as another of the long line of unfortunate misunderstandings which seem to come through here. Having been near the epicenter of a few myself, Ive seen how It can happen and good people have different understandings of what has happened. It wouldn't be the first and won't be the last. I tip my hat to those who have come back after such events. (I'm thinking of both Mayday and Raptor at the moment)

I hope all my fa[M]ily will forgive me for holding to my own experiences in this case. I was looking forward to Zeb flying as a full Misfit. I accept the Misfits officers decision but I will not hold Zebra Up in disgrace. I will fly with any of you anytime.

Not that it matters, because Cheif isn't a lyer, it has also been brought to the attention of myself that it has happened to more then Ghost alone, actually three players that I know and have known more then a year and dont know of a single incident where their honesty has been in question. This issue certainly does not warrant the questioning of these people.

Point of fact is this:
Zebraup was seen by multiple players multiple times camping and spawn killing.
Unfortunate to hear and disheartening no doubt. These folks have no gain to release Zebra up from our squad, no beniffit on seeing him leave.

There was no reason to publicly post on open thread the remarks by Zebra up. We have a system of PM's PEOPLE I SUGGEST YOU THE MISFITS USE THEM IN THIS ISSUE IF YOU DISSAGREE WITH THE DECISION.

I am personally attached to this issue more so then anyone else other then Zebra up himself. I have personally pushed and pleated for this recruits to join our great squad. I vested a lot of time in this. I too have not seen any offenses committed by Zebra, I also havent played every single game with this former recruit. So there are certainly the window of time to have them accoure while I'm not there. I'm truly disipionted in the actions that were reported.


That said I do trust and believe the reported offences, no matter how badly I don't want to, I also fully support the desision made to end the relationship as a squad recruit with Zebra up. It had to be done, as un fortunate as it may be.


Respond or not(frankly not would suite me great), I do wish The best to the former recruit, and sure he will land in a suitable squad.


Misfits, let me say this, you may not have all the facts here and your posting in support of Zebra up. Trust and believe that if you were a where of the reporters you rethink your posting support. So please if you feel you have some thing to say to either party in this matter use the PM for communica.
If you do believe you are in the know and still feel a posting is necessary stare a new thread somewhere else please.

If you would want to be in the know and were tottaly blonde sided by this whole issue like yours truely, PM Our leaders, they will fill you in and answers your questions.

Good morning MISFITS from sunny CALIF. Merry CHRISTMAS. You guys are a mighty fine squadron and I enjoy you all. I sincerely hope you all get beyond the drama.

I want to report myself, i spawn killed once yesterday, from a tank no less. I feel so ashamed. I was in a tank headed to the red base and there was PLURIBUS just sitting there not helping his team, well I had just played a game where he was blue and I could have used his help but did not get it. As my tank was nearing the hangers i stated screaming at my ipad PLURIBUS GET UP AND HELP YOUR TEAM, GET UP AND SHOOT ME, GET UP.

Well after everyone came into the living room to see why I was screaming I had shot all the hangers and there was only one hanger left and there was PLURIBUS sitting there on the runway, nice and pretty, real big in my sights so i took aim, pretended it was VON HULK, and took delight as I saw the plane rise about 10 feet into the air flip over and come crashing back to earth.

PLURIBUS said " nice sk" i shot the last hanger and then left, smiling but guilty.

To clarify a bit concerning Zebra:

No decision was made without having facts of multiple incidents occurred upon respected players and our own members by Zebra up. This decision was not an easy one to make, as bonds were formed and relationships began to grow amongst members of this squad with Zebra.

I would like to point out that it is easier to formulate an emotional based opinion and response than it is to calm ones self and seek out the who, what, where or why of any decision entrusted by the officers.

Let me pose this to all. If a player makes an accusation against you in a game, wouldn't you feel some comfort knowing that the officers are doing everything we can to compile the facts to defend you?

Simple pm could have answered any questions on this matter.

I have talked to incinerator in game, and gave him a few options on how to get on the forum. there hasn't been one person to my knowledge that have not figured it out. so if incinerator cant get on the forum its from him not even trying to make it work. we ask all Misfits to be active on the forum...we always have and always will. we strive for a very tight squad, its hard to get to know someone in just a handful of games.

It's only fair as i have been asked to do the same..for me it was just something new.

As a member from another squad I viewed the whole instance from the quiet side. I was in world chat when the whole shabang went down. I didn't say much because I felt it was a decision that had nothing to do with me. Which it didn't. I looked at the thread and i got my answer when I started reading. You Misfits could have handled the chat a little better but i understand 100% your right to defend your Squadron's name. Dave was out of line and I apologize for his actions. As far as anyone of us looking bad, that is simple opinion based again on few facts. I rarely get on world chat, however you will find that when one begins to trash our squad we will defend it. Opinions expressed on the world chat from others who have no affilition to us concerning a decision by us will inflame a response.
