Good point. That has to be a DF Elite record and certainly a WOLF PACK record. Only 2 wolves have earned this reward and it needs a title.

Grats Perry on your 5th Star. I don't no how you do it, Getting 50 kills just once is a huge challenge. I am over the moon if I reach 20 kills . Had a couple good games with Sir Tree Hell. We were rockn WW1 planes against the WW2 aircraft. Still wish they were separate, But there is so few players now that 2 different levels would leave the games empty.

Cool pics. A guy I used to work with in the Navy was an amateur photographer back when you had to use 35mm film. The guy had his own dark room and all the equipment. He captured a few pics of lightning on his 35mm camera, which proved difficult to develop at the time due to the films reaction to the intense light of lightning. Had a few great pics hanging on his dining room wall. Impressive.

Old? You are just hitting your prime, and this mixed war thing just is not working in my opinion. I agree there should be both wars available to play. But the way the game is set up with certain levels required to have ww2 aircraft, as well the purse required to purchase and upgrade planes to be competitive, not to mention the time it takes to achieve these levels. This significantly shrinks the population of players that may want to fly ww2. I would like to see the noobie server lower its graduation to from level 17 to maybe 10 or 12 to bring more pilots in

Played in a game that resulted in a draw today. Unfortunately, I left for a sec and returned and it got rid of all my stats with about 10mins to go. One of the best I’ve played in since DF1. Had Vanessa, Frits, Jheff, Gideon, lightening, BM, Kaco, Monty and a few more. It was loaded for the entire time. Well because the new thing to do is not shoot and strictly do loops in jets in order to bomb, games tend to end a lot sooner than they used to. As a side, I’d like to note I absolutely don’t get what the incentive of that is..like why only bomb if you already have all the planes and points? Like what? Anyhow, since that wasn’t happening everyone had 40+ kills or just about. Think I went 100-54. Or 99-54 not sure if when I left I had 82 or 83 Think Frits went like 65-32 or something and he played about 60% of the game so he was going off. Still, never thought I’d have another game that went the distance like that again, much less with that many people in it, and everyone having so many kills. It was sick y’all, gotta get DF back to you know, “dog fighting”. Or just shooting at one another is cool too. Then again if WP pilots were mowing me down 100 times in an hour, I’d probably fly at 3000ft in my jet too...AWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOO

And pretty sure I’m an AVM now..feel like I’ve been a major general since 1997.

Hell yea TreeHell, to everything you just wrote---especially the part above. One of the reasons I began playing this game was the skill you had to learn to dogfight World War I planes . I had a negative KDR for a long time until I watched and took advice from some of the best in this game.

Now it's pointless to climb in my WWI plane to be shot down by a jet that loops, flies and out bombs. Not to mention I can't chat in game without an ad popping up and tossing me into a new Windows Browser only to be shot down before I can get back to the game. Seriously!?

I mean there is just an ideological split in what is okay and what isn’t right now..but it says a lot when I play 2 of the top 4 in the world and all they do is jet circle time to bomb..I could list off all the pilots I have mad respect for that simply only turn in circles now..it’s almost like the rise of the noobs or something u know? Like when U first start playing unwanna be helpful, unwanna b good but u suck..so u try and bomb, sneak, land and hide in the carriers, anything to find a niche to remind u that ur not awful..now it’s like the “top”pilots or the ones I hate to see are the very same ones i used to mow down on a regular basis or people that r level 17 and go and get em a jet..that is what sucks..I enter a game and I’m like damn I wish “mean”was back..yeh he waxed my ass for about a year, but eventually we just were the Bain of eachothers existence..idk how the star system works, dk how u win or lose em, , but I do kno what i really cared about was putting 4 into his prop before I popped up in full view on his screen...and he was dope for those of u that don’t know the deal..but I dreaded facing him, but eventually it’s what I’d get on for..same with blue and a few others..now I see blue or V. Ina game and I’m literally relieved..where as typically those two will ruin a good k-d...u got all them in rump rangers or w.e it’s called bragging in game bout how good they are(cannot describe the second hand embarrassment of that)..yet when they start getting mowed down if they don’t switch to jet they start complaining bout the albatros...I’m like yo, I used to get 50a game like it was my day job in the Pfalz against people that actually shot at u..like seriously who could do that now? I’m not saying Thst cuz I was good, I’m sayin Thst even tho my plane sucked, I worked at it, and started going toe to toe wit the real killers of the game in that plane cuz I didn’t have to worry about 2-3 ppl doing circles around me..i got prob 70% of all my kills in Thst plane..a new pilot would be hopeless ina game the way it is now..but a moderate pilot can reign supreme if they buy the jet...so best I can say is: I feel your pain, but hopefully we can adjust and adapt...but the “tight knit”very respectful community Thst used to define the game is more or less fractured, and instead of an understanding of what’s cool or fair or w.e is instead replaced with a general resentment...which is weird..and I think it’s the setupmof the game rite now, along with the “leaders”or best pilots being the ones that are doing the b.s. I mean when I started playing, if Dunc or Mean or someone I flew with often and learned from was saying “yo hell let’s just flank em and do circles”then I’d probably play like Ag and just do what I want and not care what ppl thought.which is no disprespect intendd there at all btw..or I’d play to win despite what is fair and what isn’t..instead there were clear parameters or guidelines...those are very, very, very blurred right now..

Sounds like a really fun game you had the other night. Also, I have to agree about the whole ideological split nowadays. I find myself resorting back to my original tactic, and just leave the really messed up games with messed up folks I don't like to play against or with. Unfortunately nowadays the game I leave is normally the only game going at the time.
