Hi MOMs. We've just finished breakfast and presents here. Now I'm loading the dishwasher, tidying up and taking out the garbage while the rest of the family, having had their sugar rush of gifts and goodwill, sit around waiting for something interesting to happen. I might suggest a walk on the beach, or maybe a game of monopoly, but they will be happy all day with their tech devices and Xbox controllers. I suppose I will take the dog for another walk before cleaning the BBQ in preparation for this afternoon's summer feast of grilled prawns and spicy salad. Something to look forward to, you might think. But I will drink far too much wine while turning those expensive little pink critters. Way too much wine. As my family lounge around doing nothing, I will stand at the BBQ with mounting resentment, repeatedly charging and emptying my glass.

As we sit down, one of my ungrateful spoilt kids will make a sarcastic remark about something....my culinary skills....my bald head....my lack of education...whatever...

They will all laugh and snigger at my expense, and I will have had enough...

Then Christmas will really get going in the Biggs household....it gonna be a blast. I can't wait!

Merry Christmas to all you Dads who will make a stand and sleep on the couch tonight!

Merry Christmas Folks!

On behalf of M.O.M we have donated to the following:

Autism Speaks: $10,000
VFW: $2,000
American Cancer Society: $10,000

I got no response to my earlier year end request, so I made these decisions.
If you have other ideas let me know before the first...tax reasons.

My best wishes to you all and your families.

I think of you often and hope all are well.

Paul

Merry Christmas M.O.M! I'm a dollar short and a day late just like one of Biggs's spoiled kids. We have arrived in Changsha, which is the capital of the Huan province. We spent Christmas Day with a rural family in their home in Hu County! Certainly makes you appreciate the creature comforts when it's below freezing and the only heater is a bed warmer! We are pumped because we will visit my older daughters orphanage in a day. Should be an emotional event!

+1, go to page one and shoot us an email. We just want to know your name, assuming it's not +1, where you hail from, aND a commitment to a general state mentally and or physically of meanness, oldness, and manliness. We also need credit card info, bank account numbers, your first born, etc... We email you an address to ship your offering of b virgin blood and cake. Note: we do not want a virgin blood cake. We will them rubber stamp your app. Our biggest rule be d ides humiliating know it all teen gamers is to not be THAT guy in a game (think Bubi et al). If you caN swing that, no problems.

Back in a week!

We are enjoying some spectacular dining. I'm a huge fan of spicy food. Huan is known for their spicy dishes! Haven't seen anything yet without red pepper!

Ronnie, hope you and yours are not in the path of the fires down under.

Google "worlds deadliest knife". A buddy of mine is into some real crazy blades, so I made it for him. As far as the buffing..... Yah their was allot of that!!! Buffing is the most dangerous part of making a knife, high speed buffer, and one wrong move. It goes flying or snaps back and takes some flesh. (I have some extra so it wont be missed) For me it was all the dropping it from how smooth it was and it would slip right out of my hands. Plus it is fun to mess with, as you use the loop to flip it around. Just sucks when it gets away from yah!!! (Or jabs in yah..........)

EDIT: ok so I just tried to google it and it did not pop up like it did in the past. The knife was originally for farming tall grasses and then became usefull as self defense and martial arts. I just saw it as another challange to see if I could make one. (Got to stay thrifty and useful for when the zombies come..... If you don't, your the first that gets left behind at feeding time!!!)

That's on the cutting edge of knife making!

It is all polish.

Sanded 80, 120, 220, 480, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000 grit's then high speed buffed with, course, medium, and fine rouge. Then heat treated it and did almost all of the steps over again, however it went twice as fast.

One of the benefits of going threw life with ADHD, is a strong fascination to shinny things. So it kept my attention like, an 18 year old getting his first lap dance from "Candy" after she just rolled around on a stage full of glitter!!!

(Man what a night!!!!)

Yem, what an amazing piece of craftsmanship. It's beautiful. Do you think you could make a kukri? I acquired one when working with British Gurkhas a long time ago. It's also a devilish Asian weapon with origins as a working tool.
