Its seems that quite a few dogfight forum members are still having trouble with this, so I have decided to help as best as I can.


If you are creating a new topic from the main index screen like this...

Then you must manually select the desired section by clicking here and choosing the desired section.

On my android it looks like this.

Now then, if you are already in any given section of the forum and you want to post in that same section, then you should click here.

I was under the impression that one should not post under "cool threads." From what I understood, the forum moderators chose what threads were deemed "cool" and then would recategorize those special post.

That's what I thought too but apparently that is not the case.

When Z set up the cool threads section, he stated that he wasn't able to prevent you from posting there, but a mod would move it if you did. Then he said, as it says on top of the screen, that only he or a moderator could decide to move a thread to this section.
