Dark Rain, I have confidence that you have what it takes to be a great leader to your squadron. Wolf Pack has your back in the skies and on the ground. I know DN is in a rough time but you can pull through it and we can assist where needed I'm sure.

in 3 day i would had been playing this for 2 year and been part of dark night but this year havent been a great start for my real life issues and the sqardrons finding new members are hard to find and now am losing great guys as with only me and red being the only daily players now with that said i real life issues may stop me form playing full time since now ill be finding a new job. but the dark night dream is still there idk if anymore will leave but i will stay and fight even if i happened to be the last dark night standing

If I might offer some advice on how to boost Your Squad. What I am about to say is in no way meant to be insulting or critical.

The past is the Past now. All the negative stuff your squad haa endured cannot be undone or changed. It is now in your History. You must now leave it as history. Every time you mention the negative things, or post the internal tech issues and such. It Basically gives the impression of sinking ship. Not very appealing to new recruits. It is now time Dark to promote, advertise, Positive, positive , positive. Get some colour on these pages. Maybe look at reworking your Squad mission statement. Does your Page one flow well? is it inviting? Does it say what its suppose to? Start Making banners to post on your thread. When new noobs flick to your thread, do you want them to see STAR WARS or do you wan them to see driving miss Daisy. If you have me on squad fora week I will bust my hump to recruit people. Another major point to consider. When you plan on growing the squad, You must prepare to do so. What I mean is get a game plan readdy. Get your advertising in order. Get the remaining members on board, make sure you have the timme to be in game a lot for at least a month. Then you go get them. You fly and find new pilots. You get them in your squad. Yoou fly with them. You Train them. and so on. Now you have 2 o3 new guys. The new guys will talk with other new guys, and they will try to get them to join there squad Cause its so cool. It takes a lot of hard wwork , commitment, and above all else .... It has to look fun in your Squad. I hope this helps

It just so happens we have a number of Wolfs that are talented banner makers. Ill get some done up for you. If you have any specific ideas that you would like to see, just throw me a pm with the details. As well Ill start setting you up with recruits. Be ready to accept . If we can get 3 to 5 pilots recruited quickly that will be a good start. You can pitch to these guys that there will be room for quick advancement and the prospect of commanding small squadrons etc. You will need to get these guys up to speed quick because they ill be the pilots that will be training and recruiting your future pilots

I will always have total respect for Dark Night members as this was my original home. But with all due respect, putting my "loyalty" out there and saying "that's not what a loyal DN would do" was not cool. Loyalty starts at the top and needs leadership; that being you as the MORAF. This is not saying that "you" are not loyal, but if a team or family is to stay together, their leader must be present at all times to provide guidance, wisdom, and strength. My decision was not easy but your absence from leadership and lack of play from other members was my primary reasons for departing DN and moving on to a place I could grow.

I will miss DN and wish you all the best as a loyal friend and if there is anything I can ever do to help any of you out I will do my best.

Wolfrider, I only concerned that.in fact that 2days ago we lost our best dn, myself is at moment working to find. A way to come in asap. What you said is true I excuse myself herewith, sorry I hope we stay friends as ever, it was my mistake.
