Squadron Leader and 1st in command, is ENNOX!
Co-leader and 2nd in command, Head of recruitment-division, is DARKRAIN.
Co-leader and 3rd in command, is UNBEATABLE (Co-Founder of DN!)
OFFICER and 4th in command, PR-officer and best ranked DN on WR #9 is VON KILNER!
OFFICER and 5th in command is 'Le' GUITARD.DID!
OFFICER and 6th in command, 2nd responsible of recruitment-division, is RED WASP 2.
OFFICER and 7th in command, responsible for the DN-Thread & communication is RAEVYN!
OFFICER and 8th in command, Founder of DN, is RADIENT!

All Units can operate autonome,if one doesnt work few days,the structure itsself

Stats conc.test and mid-term target to increase no. Of DN's from 18 to 25 (up 7):

Total time needed from 1st advice to get the target: 2 months 12 days

In this period recruited but after lost DN: 4 - 6.

Brut. recruited: 11 - 13. Per month: 5.1
Net. recruited: 07. Per month: 2.8

Summary: Target : PASSED.
Brut. recruited due to the difficult situation PASSED.
Net. recruited are if few DN gone together FAILED.

The problem is easy to see. Brut.is passed, we have to give more
attention that we didnt loose once recruited DN's again, so we
have to do the same work twice.
Another point are ppl who promised to send a request but after they
didnt send one.
very good was the teamwork, new ones comes from dark, wasp, enoxx,
wolfrider. Means the recruitment dept. Get help from all DNs around.
Inclusive from the leader who recr. 3 brut.(=2net.) I write that only
that u didnt think i would only write posts, lol!

All in all we are now #25, well done dark, wasp and all who helped.

First i want to tell u all that after over than a week are all
3 units working and are all leaded by an DN-Officer. After the promotion
From raevyn and red wasp didnt we have DN-Vice Officers at this moment.
If someone come new into the command structure of DN she/he will first be
Vice, like all, its like the last test-time, all Officers in command have
One DN-vote, the most expensive thing i can give to someone. More important
Than 1st or 4th in command, the votes say which way the future should take!
Im swiss, the country where the ppl can more say (means vote) than in another
Country worldwide. If an DN-Officer want to amend anything, he needs one other
Officer who support him (=2 votes). Naturally she/he speak with me first, if we
Have same opinion there is np. If not, we go the way the votes show us.
Im very glad about the current DN command structure. I see DN's who founded
Our squad,ones recruited by myselfes,many wasnt ever by another squad.
The only one DN-Girl shows us womanpower and im happy that she is one of
The Officers. I fully trust in each one, im sure the votes are all in good
Hands. I thank all Officers for their engagement in our squadron and the
Support given, without knowing' that i wouldn't be able to do my best for
~DARK*NIGHT~ !

Now we are more pilots, if a DN do his best for this our squad, you all
Have to know that i try to act further fair,the door to come into the command
