Hi All, if you don't know Dave and his squad have been around for some time now. they are one of the squads that started and grew without the need for the forum.

I've flown with Daveman and many of his squad members. It's a squad to keep an eye on, lots of up and coming pilots in there.

Not sure what prompted your thread Daveman, but if I had any common sense it would tell me that you've heard people talking about your squad.....or you.....behind your back? Pretty smart this little piggy is eh?
I'll give you the only feedback I have - I've played several times with Granmother, Jetspeed, and Shadowhawk - all respectful players who follow the code of conduct, rules, and engage in fair play. I see that your squadron is growing at a steady pace and it appears that you are doing well.

There are only a couple things I would mention that you might not find positive, but you've asked for it to be said here so:

1) WTF were you thinking when you accepted a player into your squad by the name of "Da niglet"?
2) Please stop trying to solicit anyone and everyone on world chat who doesn't have a squad. It seems that every time I try to chat a line or two to my friends between matches the conversation is broken up by pleas to join Badboys. Even the trolls are complaining - how can they be expected to spew obscenities at a reasonable rate of speed? It ends up coming out like:

On a more serious note dave, you started the badboys around the same time that i started the wraiths, and even though you're growing steadily might i suggest this: perhaps some of the negative things you're hearing about your squad is a direct result from accepting anyone of any rank whos looking to join a squad. Personally, i have mixed feelings about the badboys. Some are skilled and respectful pilots, while others, not so much. I found that in order to alleviate this problem being wicked picky about who i try to recruit helps. I look
for quality as opposed to quantity. Just some food for thought man.
