Well first you probably want a different squad name,

Add yourself a profile picture and add a banner in your signature, just makes it a bit more colourful

Change your fist post with lots of info and don't use text language (looks bad and Luna will have a go at you lol)
Set a website up mine is www.wardogsquadron.webs.com

Go in game and advertise!
