Hey this badboys squadron is good i made it about 3 weeks ago and i have some good pilots im the leader its amazing and i need some great pilots so i hope i have more request when i get on and if you send it and i dont accept it right away dont worry i will accept it i look at your stats first though ok thank you

Here's a great tutorial on starting--and maintaining squads. I recommend taking a look and deploying these methods.
Trying to recruit in-game is disruptive. Last night, you tried recruiting a handful of Misfits, MOMs, and DDs. We are all in the top 300 list of all players--and Wig was one of them--the #1 spot holder. Nice try, though...lol. But seriously--GOOD LUCK with your squad!!! Make sure to do it right.
You've got a good start with this thread. Make sure to screen potential recruits. Put them all in a recruitment period.
take a look at what other squads do.
If you ever have questions--feel free to shoot us a message. We'll give you some pointers.
Also, if you have a squad logo idea--I'll make the graphic for you. Just PM me your ideas.

I don't have time to do banners--got my hands full with Misfit banners and website management. But, if you have a "Badboy" that's good with graphics--I'll give a little training to get you guys started--to include free software
