magentabaron has been banned and muted multiple times, we are still looking into the system to figure out what's going on because this person shouldn't be able to enter any more. We are writing to apple to see whether we can block his phone completely.

I never heard of this magenta guy before; this afternoon, the first time I meet him, I used that "report" button for the first time, cuz he was dirty mouthing. Whyplash, Whosethisguy and Shatners Bassoon can confirm it.
Now I want to know: he is still around, anf RichyRoo is BANNED for calling zup a joker?
Ok, there are some personal matters involved (between zup and roo), and we all know roo is a little impulsive... but BANNING him?

i didn't ban him, but considering the amount of complains we keep getting about him... he should have probably been banned long ago.

Yes he should have had a ban a while ago which I might say he begged for a Ban as he knew he had done wrong!!!! But surly he's not been band now for this??? Realy!!!!!

pedrinho, just to clarify because you made some bad comments:
1) I banned magenta. A few mods did already before me but we were working on why he was able to go around the ban.
2) I have no personal matters involved with or against any player. I didn't ban RichyRoo either.
3) RickyRoo has broken the rules multiple times. To a point that he could have got into legal problems too. We gave it a few chances to see whether things improve but we get complains about him on regular basis. So, although I did not ban him, some other moderator must have decided it was about time to do so. He even accepted himself a few times that he should be banned for his behavior so I don't think there is much of an argument about it.

As I said in my last post RichyRoo did say to ban him..... But that was due to his preveouse wrong doings.... He has only done ONCE!!!!!!! And that's done and berried! ( I understand he could of got into legal problems but that Luckly did not happen)

Someone cant now ban him for something he did ages ago and think ohh you know what I'll ban him now for no reason what so ever, only because that's how I feel

So please tell me the reason for you to be saying you gets multiple complaints about him..... And what behaviour since the one he's done!
We are all mostly friends on here now so theres no secrets!

I don't know. I have limited my actions mostly to warnings and kicks only since Z posted our stats and asked us to reduce our action.

As far as the forum moderation, Manfred has long put a considerable amount of time managing the blacklist,
and he deserves much more positive recognition than he gets. As for me, I am becoming less and less interested
in the forum. I don't go looking for for the trouble makers, but rather deal with the ones that cross my path. I receive
at least 30 auto generated emails from people sending reports from the world chat each day. I used to read and
investigate them all, but after weeks of finding that most reports are bogus, or are minor issues, I no longer bother
to even read them.

To sum this up, you can count on me to kick those who team kill, spawn kill, or use excessive vulgarity out of the
game that I am playing. I will leave most of the banning and muting to the other mods..

For those of you who have issues with my moderation activities or standards,
feel free to report your concerns to Zuperman, or find another game to play.

I totally understand why you don't want to read email after email considering you get no payment or anything, as you do it to keep the forum safe.

I would like to say though, if you are not banning or muting!!! Does that mean other moderators are doing the same? If so that means it will take longer to do! Also if it's just Zuperman doing it.... He has such a busy work load as it is, keeping dogfight standing and improving our game and emailing replys to others, SO when would he find time to BAN and MUTE the REAL OFFENDERS.

This is not a dig or a moan about any MODERATER as I do think on a hole you all do such a great Jobs Honour.

I speak only for myself. I'm sure each mod has their own ideas and style.

As for myself. Nothing has changed unless zuperman tells me different. I will still be doing the same as I have always done and more if Manfred takes a break....I'm not looking to win a popularity contest. I am here to do a job and make this forum and game a family friendly place

2 - I know that "doir" thing was a nasty thing. I disapproved it. And Richy knows I disagree with that doir thing. But he already appologised for that. Water under the bridge. Who is perfect after all? So, besides this doir thing, what else did RichyRoo do to deserve "being banned about time"? You may repeat that it was not you who banned him; but your text makes one infer that you belive he deserved being banned as an "award for his lifetime achievements". Is that fair?

I am most certain that Richy was banned for good reasons to which I will leave to the mod who banned him to explain. You asked "who is the coward"? Well my friend, I do not think any moderator here is a coward. The choice to ban Richy was not a wrong one. There are a few here that could of been banned for a while but I chose not to do so. As I said the mod who banned Richy can explain if he feels the necessity to do so.

And I would add, he is not required to explain to the forum at large.
He has made his explanation to Zuperman, that's all he needs to do.

I wouldn't say that he's a coward, I mean you don't even know them. Maybe they don't owe you a answer. Or maybe they will p.m. Richyroo.

This is true J, but there are quite a few of us "non mods" that provide an awful lot of content on here. If the forum were only z and his merry band of mods, it'd get pretty lonely around here. So, although you are totally correct on one hand, on the other hand we have an interest in the goings on here too. And, when a major contributor to the forum gets the axe, questions will be asked.

Ok me personally I think this whole thread need to be dropped language came out of both of them but magnet is worse than richy now I don't blame richy for his retaliation, I mean this guy's said some pretty bad stuff to Mrs Roo in front of him but he has had his ups and down but every action has a consequence some are bad some are good maybe richy took it to far and offended a mod with his post about z and the mods so he has to serve his consequence of it and it looks like it's him getting banned now for who ever did band him they can discuss it with pm to Mrs. Roo as for this magenta guy he needs to find another life besides thinking he can treat everything he talks about like **** especially a woman cause that isn't right. but I can see this going to a war between the users and the mods because that's what it looks like it going and we all know who is going to win that but I really think the subject needs to be dropped

No war from me... I think the mods do a really good job 98% of the time. Many of my best friends here are mods. But, I feel no remorse to offer constructive thoughts and criticism when I think it's needed.

Richyroo's ban will be lifted Saturday. Giving him time to cool off and calm down. Us mods are doing what we can. Remember everyone it's just a game. If you really don't like the game don't play it. You shouldn't get that worked up about nothing It's not healthy
