I have same problem as Keith says theres new version of dogfight even though I updated already and restarted my phone....this game is getting full of bugs and glithes and is starting to get frustrating.....HTC thunderbolt and android market.... :angry:

Hi guys,

Sorry for the announces, but unfortunately they are not most my problems. Google Android delayed for 2 days to release updates so you were getting older versions. Since most games don't release updates that often, you don't notice most of the times.

Anyway, I think it was fixed already. I believe it was due to those sun flares or something, because their servers were going nuts for a few hours.

Hey Z, I updated today 1/27/12 and game has problems. Black background on menu when selecting planes and on game on carrier my wheels still gets planted, on game the mountains are more darker than normal, carrier tower is black and this was only playing a few seconds after update first game. I reinstalled game but no good. I know your doing a good job but there is a lot of updates than usual, I'm just saying. Hope you fix this soon I'm missing playing this game right and with my people

There must be something wrong with your phone. When that happens (missing graphics or graphics shows up pink) it just means it failed to download the files. Generally happens when you lose internet connection while installing (in a car? bad side of the house?). That's why "reinstalling" fixes it, because it will try again to download the same files.

It's a common problem, but it is not common that it happens to you with every update, unless your connection is really bad while you hit the update button.

@makaela, i guess you mean the crash on the carrier, that was fixed with the update from yesterday. Unless you mean something else

Nope, it's still 4.3.12 but an update that should be available on the market place.

@mbizzi well i didn't create the game to make money to be sincere, it was a hobby i've had since my early years. Money came into account when you actually have costs: servers, maintenance fees, Apple fees, etc.

Aside from that, I don't think you need to be disrespectful to anyone in the forum. You can vent your stuff privately.

Well this might be a surprise to you but there are a lot worse acts of disrespect in this game and in forum...... I've played for almost 2 hours trying to see what happenned but it never happenned to me :/ Still trying to reproduce it, it seems completely fixed on this side. Both of us were stuck on the deck with wheels below deck. Then we each had spawn deaths. Seems to happen more when you spawn and there's someone already there, the wheels thing. Manfred

Ok, this update seems to fix it. I haven't experienced the submerged wheels or crash on spawn in 8 games or so last night and this
morning.

One issue that I did see is a shifting of neutral controls. Each time I die amd respawn, the controls change so that neutral is now more of an "upright" screen than before and it gets worse with each respawn. Exiting and recalibrating shows that my _original_ calibration is still stored! Very strange.
