I have had playing issues from the start. My phone is
an LG Vortex. There was an update back in October that made it possible for me to play.
I discussed this thru emails with Zuperman, he made a few tweeks, and like I said, I was able to play, even though it was still slow.
After these other recent updates, the game is slower than ever and eventually freezes. I have plenty of space on my phone
and I kill lots of services that r not being used to speed up the game. Nothing works anymore....
Any ideas, suggestions?? Thanks

Many people have suffered from the new update.
I can not help you, I have a HTC Sensesion and I have occasionally suffer from the last update, fortunately, not very often.
I hope that a solution for you and anyone who are affected.

Got the same problem, since update game runs much slower,
especially if i arrive a fight with a lot of planes or a explosion from tank shoots
, sometimes near to complete freeze of screen.

Never had this problem before update, i played in high Resolution
before.

I tried now in lowest resolution but with no effect... stopped all apps in background
And uninstalled lots of applications, no effect. Reinstalled game, no effect....

The update seems to have helped some but hindered other's. Was in a game yesterday on my samsung galaxy 2 and two opponents where flying and turning faster than anything I have ever seen. They were in front of you banked and were directly behind you in an instant. You could not play them.

Well, u do realize there r certain maneuvers that help do that such as the hammerhead, barrelroll and the wing- over

I corsair these were not manoeuvres, they were just so fast it was unreal, you just could not compete. I know I am not the best pilot but I am not so bad that someone could be in my sights then behind me in a second. It had to be something other.

yeah im aware of some phones crashing, just keep telling me the models so i can write to the manufacturers.
usually they are fixed by going to their site and upgrading to the latest firmware.
