Sharps although I may agree that there are "protected pilots", Connection loss is not the game developers fault... It happens to all of us even when none of the protected pilots are in game and whether we believe it or not, it actually can and is usually attributed to your internet connection... Remember there are players from all over the world here who are all under the hundreds of different internet providers and servers worldwide... it happens and since it is impossible to fix it is something we all have to deal with

It does happen, and usually happens during the best, most intense battles. The only option is try to rejoin game as fast as possible and apologize with kicked explanation.
